I disagree. I’m a woman who has been married for 36 years, raised 4 kids, worked full time teaching, loved making my house a home but my love language is respect. Jord forget the forklift. You want a Telehandler. 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steering, extending and lifting arm, excellent off road and on rough terrain, and so many attachments. If there was piece of heavy equipment designed for Panama, it's the Telehandler. You guys are crushing it !

Because they lie for$$$. If you ever look at their window sill when they are cooking, it is full of supplements other than AG1. They also sponsor, I think it’s called “seed” or “pod” which is a direct competitor, and one of the arguments to buy that product is that AG1 doesn’t work. Basically they do anything for money! They would sell you the dirt from their farm if it made them money. They could tell you it taste good, and their followers would eat it and post how good it tastes!

Yeah, agree...while I absolutely love and appreciate "the manual/hard way" that J/K have employed since building their off-grid dream, now that the coffee business is doing well, and channel monetization is kicking, it's maybe time for a large mechanical multifunctional machine...ESPECIALLY with the main house impending. And if you buy something that is a tractor platform with attachments, you can use it for farming once the building activities cool off? Just sayin! Love you guys, mucho, mucho! Keep inspiring us!! Make sure to add a railing to those steps. Getting up at night to use the bathroom would be dangerous without a railing.

Hey Jordan. Check out the 1.2t Nuoman mini excavator. It’s from china and appears to be a great little machine. Can add accessories such as different buckets, hydraulic claws, pallet forks etc. I’ve seen it on a few other UA-cam homesteading videos.

With how much work Jordan does, it’s not a bad idea for some machinery. It is only ever going to do him good to use something that helps him carry heavy things in longer distances. Of course if your budget allows, but definitely worth the consideration if it does as if he continues to do this long term, he could hurt his back quite badly that it could put him out. 🤷🏽♀️

Bless you all. Sadie is so gosh darn precious. The glass inclosed room is unique! I’m going to miss Kaylee. Did I miss where she is going? Jordan, you get to feign for yourself!!
You donʻt want a fork lift or a backhoe first. You want a skid steer with attachments: start with a blade, forks, & a mower deck, and keep adding attachments (digger arm, buchet, chain flail, wood splitter, chipper, etc) till you have all your big machines in one super transformer machine thatʻs small and very nimble.
Get the kind with wheels that have add on tracks so you have both options. Tracks are grippy but tear up roads, so being able to choose gets you extra abilites in tough times without ruining your yard every time you move it.
I’m with Jord, the tiny tractor or backhoe and plow just get my heart going. I want them and would figure out what to do with them after. LoL
You have done a wonderful job you should be so proud .
It looks like you are already building your house. All the components are coming together in a cohesive plan that will turn into "the house", and then you could go in a redo the kitchen/living room into a large keeping room with kitchen. It is all so awesome now.

you don't want a forklift for your land, but you do want a skid steer. it has tracks and can go on uneven land. I use them at work and forklift tires need to be on paved surfaces. the attachments though, they can change your life! love following your journey! keep up the amazing work!

Jordan: you need a tractor with an under mount lawn mower, front bucket and a backhoe. Very useful on a farm like yours!

and you could die in it
it was so comfortable.
You could make your own
using some type of velvet
fabric and one zipper on the
side to fill it with the foam chips.
It's just two large circles
and a long rectangular piece
for the sides.
