- Bread Egg Masala is a quick and easy breakfast recipe consisting of bite-sized pieces of bread and scrambled eggs in a spicy tomato onion gravy!

Ingredients:
Bread - 5 to 6 slices, any variety;
Eggs - 3 to 4 no.;
Onions - sliced, 1 ½ cups;
Tomato - pureed/crushed/finely chopped, ½ cup;
Ginger - finely chopped, 1 tsp;
Garlic - finely chopped, 3 to 4 cloves;
Bell peppers/capsicum - sliced, ½ cup;
Spices - ½ tsp each of turmeric powder and res chilli powder, a tsp each of coriander powder and garam masala powder, crushes black pepper to taste;
Salt to taste;
Cooking oil - 1 to 2 tbsp.
About 20 minutes ago I googled eggs and bread recipe. Just finished eating this, so satisfying and tasty thank you very much!

I made this exactly like you said.. Since I ran out of bell pepper.. I tried adding some chicken sausages to the masala before adding the eggs.. My husband loved it.. 😊

It was really tasty and easy to cook for a beginner like me. Please correct your ingredients panel in the DESCRIPTION of the video as it says "CRUSHES PEPPER" and you may replace it with "CRUSHED PEPPER/BLACK PEPPER POWDER"

Just tried making this. Tastes great. Mine doesn't look nice and orange like yours. A great alternative to the boring scrambled eggs. Another idea for vegans. Instead of using eggs, try using TOFU. I plan to try that tomorrow.
