Also I didnt have coriander for the paste on hand so I just used cilantro leaves shaker

correct... my mother and i have never heard of this recipe and it doesn't make sense... we don't use eggs in recipes, only in one dish: "Tokhme Banjan e Rumi" or Afghan Shakshouka. We also don't eat curries - we have "Ghormehs" or "Quormas" which we don't add egg to!

Will taste better if you add both the whisked curd and the fresh cream but in case you don't have fresh cream you can add little more of the whisked curd 😊
