    I like your recommendation with the sits bones retracting.
    Relaxing my lower Ab has been a challenge w when i sit strand i hope this will help, do you have any other tips.

      pelvic tilt exercises are great too. From constructive rest, laying on your back with knees bent and feet flat on floor. relax your abdomen and just breath for a few breaths, then on your exhale contract your navel towards your spine as you compress your low back gently towards the floor/mat. I may do another brief yoga tip video on this and other exercises. Always listen to your body! Namaste!
