Thank you for the great class Mira! Q: Is it normal that my legs and arms are ready to do a whole new workout session but my torso is totally tired and sore? Is this session supposed to target the core? I did make sure to perfect every movement and stabilize my core though.
great workout, but I think it'd be a lot better with a voiceover, where you're less concentrated on your body and more on instructing. There were several moments of confusion for me just by listening what you were doing, because you were trying to get the movement in, and it seemed to me the instructing part was more of an afterthought
also i think adding the position names instead of "resting position" would make it a lot clearer, there were many points you just kind of started the movement instead of making it clear what you were doing audibly. The times when you did say the position were very helpful!
