This is a good video, I just wished it could've gone into more detail especially with what some of the terms mean, but it's a quick summary

I know of a trial in Marin County, where the defendant was charged with a felony. He was prosecuted before a a jury. The jury heard the case and the head juror expressed his respect for the defendant and did not find the defendant Guilty. Nor did anyone else find the defendant guilty.
But the Judge acted as if the Jury found the defendant Guilty and granted probation with no sentence imposed. The probation was for three years and was served by the defendant with no ever sentence imposed or modified. The case was dismissed and set aside and the status of the defendant was as if he was never prosecuted.
However Marin County , and criminals like Kamala Harris try to get extra bonuses for the DA and others and refuse to follow the clear California law.
I can give the precise details if anyone wishes.

This happens everyday . Sometimes even more extreme. Its not this clear cut nor do courts have to follow laws. They are in full control. The key is having a real attorney a public pretender will work with the court.

"Our job as prosecutors is to stand up for victims of crime."
We're not dumb. We all know your job is to get a conviction lmao

Just wait until you are the victims of a crime and are seeking Justice. Let’s hope that never comes to be, but if drunk driver killed a family member, you’d want that criminal act to be punished, justice be brought for your family, and to keep the community safer by keeping those who endanger the community via law breaking.

I got arrested the state trooper lied in the affidavit he swore up for my arrest, the county attorney has known for two years about it. The attorney that was my public defender would not file a motion to suppress the warrantless arrest. What type of motion to sanction the attorney that was defending me and the county attorney who is prosecuting me for violating my Sixth Amendment Right.

This is nothing like what I'm experiencing. If they have the burden of proof, why did the judge already declare that there is enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, defendant is guilty at the preliminary hearing? Also, my Public Defender doesn't even talk to me nor do anything to strengthen my stance. And I'm really not guilty of this, I have video proof of my innocence nut they won't release it until the case is over....does this seam strange to anybody else besides me?

does your racism and xenophobia ever get tiring? or do you find the hatred of everyone who is not in your group refreshing. criminal justice is a field of no religion, hence why the constitution demands the seperation of church and state. to put christ in the courtroom is to violate the basics of our nation
