Lots of leading questions resorted in chief which ought to have objected by the defence

hmm..no objections from defence like ..Object your honour,so this evidence was in your locker???Till today??You sure you just not buy them now??

That would be a baseless objection and would be overruled. She is an officer. Accusing someone like her with pure conjecture will put you in trouble.

@@alexm.2960 I understand what you mean..I guess the route would be asking questions as to protocol on collecting evidence because im certain no matter what state you are in and even up here in Canada that individual police officers cannot hold evidence in a locker and not disclose that as evidence in the disclosure prior to trial..

@@andrenabrydon6505 "You sure you just not buy them now??" You suggested something like this be in the objection. This is a baseless accusation and will get the defense in trouble.

That's a question for cross examination, which the defense will conduct here. Objections are towards the judge, not the witness on the stand. Objections are usually used for relevance, the two examples used in this video, etc.

did u arraign the guy without the victime? in our criminal justice system here ij the philippines the victim should be present

Victim should be present, in our mock trial the victim being Anver Williams was both direct and cross-examined. I don't think it was displayed in these videos but yes the victim should be there.
