Great stuff Larry. As Henry Cotton said both hands must work together. Both releasing or for a full shot or both pushing for a little low chip. Your bunker play instruction using the same concept transformed my sand play.
My enemy is hanging on to tight with my left hand, blocking the left wrist from going into extension. Usually leads to a blocked shot to the right. Great instruction.
This video has really been a game changer for me. As an upper core right side dominant player focusing more on the left arm, wrist and getting more into the left foot has help immensely. Thanks
Wow! What you stated about the left wrist coming into impact and beyond is soooo logical, yet it is the exact opposite of what I have been taught (hold the angle & bow the left wrist). You have helped my ball striking improve, as well as my putting. The Putting Teacher has been a godsend to my stroke. Thanks a bunch for dispelling what I always felt were myths,
Thanks Larry, that’s exactly how I’ve been swinging, just wondering if how to get to my left side without coming over the top or sitting back and flipping the club face? Does the left arm drop and then lead?
Imho the modern golf swing can only really be made by D-1 level athletes. It’s another reason why handicaps have not gone down in 20 years! This method makes way more sense.
At my club there are instructors who teach the lower core swing regardless of your body type. They force overweight stiff men/women into these Jordan Speith positions. The results are horrible. 20+ lessons still barely able to make contact. 7 iron 120 carry. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely, left wrist extension is the key after impact.
Made me NEVER FEAR A HOOK!
Great instruction. My enemy is a tight left wrist. Especially Driver. When I allow my left wrist to release boy the sparks fly.
Good one Larry

Archie, always glad my information and videos help. Keep Swinging.
This is great video Larry…keep them coming…would love to see a video now on the right arm hand and wrist…
Thanks Larry 👍

My pleasure. Glad it is helping your game. Keep Swinging!
You are the best
Thanks Larry I have been too focused on using my right side to whip it. I hit balls at lunch and it really adds some pop.
Glad the video helped. All the best. Keep Swinging.
He said whip it - whip it good!

It depends on if you’re an upper, mid, or low core player.

Why the left arm/hand/wrist for a right hander? Wouldn't there be more power hitting with the right arm/hand/wrist?
You want to use both arms, hands and wrists to create more speed.

I had a lesson with the pro with him starting all my shots with my hips and lower body. I shanked every shot. Gone back to upper core swing 👍
