For people asking about MAC's (Mazikeen And Calypso) Mom... she lives at a spot where I (Cat Man Chris) helped TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) 25+ cats and rescued over a dozen kittens over the past year... I've spent SO many hours/days/weeks there trapping and catching kittens... thankfully now all but a couple really sneaky male cats have been fixed/vaccinated and they have a dedicated caregiver so there shouldn't be anymore kittens being born.... until someone else dumps their cats outside (it's a never ending cycle unfortunately) ... Maz and Calypso's Mom comes on to the porch to eat and sleep, she appears to have moments of wanting to be friendly but they are few and far between, we're keeping in touch with the caregiver and donate food too... maybe she will become friendly in the future, but right now she's far happier living outside and I have many more friendly ferals that I can work with first --- you can see the rescue work I do here: ua-cam.com/users/catmanchrispoole :)

@GhostbustersReturns No, they explained that momma cat doesn't want to be housed right now but they feed her and she sleeps on their porch.

Hi everyone, we honestly didn't anticipate adopting new kittens this year, but these two just decided they were staying!! --- Hopefully Cole approves... things are hectic, with finishing up our new house and moving in the next month and now two new furry family members, but it definitely feels good to have kitten energy around again :)

@@Meezer If she was part of a cat colony they most likely spayed her & returned her to it. Older feral cats don't usually adapt well to becoming house cats. I had one who did thankfully but she had been a house cat. For 5 years before she was dumped on the streets. & she was only on the streets for 2 years before she was rescued. But it still took me the better part of a year. To re-acclimatise her to being a house cat again.
@@itwasagoodideaatthetime7980 I have the same feeling. In my heart when I saw Mazi licking Chris' hair, I saw Cole in the kittens eyes. My heart says you may have Cole back . I can only hope but how can I not? Sorry if this triggered bad feelings but I only have loving intentions ❣️
Maz was definitely sent by Cole, Cole. He even told him that he is now responsible for cleaning and styling your hair. ❤️

The moment I first saw you were fostering new kittens, and one was black, I knew they were going nowhere. This though...this made me cry happy tears. It's like Cole sent them to you so you'd have another mini panther in the house.

A lot of people are commenting that Maz is Cole’s reincarnation and I can believe it, I’ve lost two beloved cats and then a couple of years later I adopted two more and they act so incredibly like my other cats. I cried when I began noticing it and I thanked God that He sent me back my beloved furbabies.
Looking at kitten Maz makes my heart jump because of the resemblance to Cole.

Nearly got choked up when it got to the part where he mentions it being nice to have a mini panther in the house again... But still really glad they're able to move on and keep saving more kittens&cats, and not dwell on what was. Definitely takes a lot of willpower and mental fortitude to do so, especially in not regressing at any point

I am from Serbia and I have a Cat called Maz, it comes from the word "maziti" which means to pet, or to stroke someone. "Maza" is the word for a child or an animal who likes to be pet and hold all the time.

Oh my goodness I just realized that Maz is doing the same hair washing that Cole did. That is so amazing and adorable! The ear thing is new but they all have their own personalities our lovely little panthers. My new panther is nothing like the one that passed away recently but it is a girl so maybe that's why I don't see any similarities! 😂
Complete convinced now that Cole sent Mazikeen and Calypso to CAM fam to help them feel better after he passed away to the Rainbow Bridge. Most wonderful news and I'm so delighted for everyone!

I have to admit... I cried like a baby... I felt all along that Cole sent you a new panther... As mom to 3 panthers... they are wonderful... I am glad these two sweet babies have you now... I can tell how big a hole Coles passing has caused...and while none can replace him... these two kittens will go a long ways to healing some of that loss... They are beautiful. I lost my house panther KeKe in Feb of this year, she was my soulmate 😢 and then shortly after I lost my grey girl. They both had cancers. Never thought I could love again. I’ve lost my whole family to diff cancers but loosing my soulmate Almost killed me but July 4th I met a beautiful house panther that desperately needed a home. She was 8 weeks old and now I have CeCe and she is such a joy. You really forget just how crazy and silly the baby stage is but my heart is finally able to feel again. Love you KeKe and Roxie and Cole 🐈⬛ 🐾 ❤

To the person blasting folks for "talking about Cole"... What an insensitive comment to make. As someone who has been involved in cat rescue, TNR, currently manages a colony of Community Cats AND loves black cats... Cole was an ambassador and continues to be a symbol for Community Cats, TNR awareness and has helped fight the stigma of black cats. Cole was/is loved and I'm sure Chris appreciates the fact that so many people still speak fondly of this amazing house panther. We live in such a harsh, divisive world that I would think people coming together to celebrate the life of such a special cat would be a good thing. Maybe keep your negativity to yourself and take your own advice by unsubscribing to the channel.
We all know how dearly Chris loves his cats. But we can also tell Maz is going to become the apple of his eye.

My sweet 10 years old cat passed away not so long ago, and a few weeks after my friend found a kitten outside! I never thought I'd see another cat as beautiful and kind as my deceased cat was. I adopted him too and I'll be with him furever! Your video reminds me of my situation! I'm glad you found a new tiny panther! I hope Marm will be happy too 🙂
