- We know it’s been kind of confusing lately for many of our followers, especially if you’re new to the channel, so hopefully this video helps!! … Our current fur kids the “Supurr Six” are Marmalade, Jugg, Zig Zag, Bond, Maz and Calypso… unfortunately we lost Cole in October 2021

I am astonished that Marmalade's original owners didn't want him! How could anyone not want that sweet bundle of ginger energy and love around?

💗I think he was originally named Gordo which means fatty. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but l love Marmie!💗He is a PERFECT little Ginger!💗
I think I remember Chris saying that when they (original owners) found out that Marm was FIV+ they didn't want to deal with the health issues. Many cats are euthanized when they get diagnosed because it's assumed they won't have healthy normal lives. Marmalade proves that's not the case
@@RedisFun2 It's impossible to tell for sure if a cat is fiv+ before 6 month. The previous owners couldn't have known

Marmalade always has that shocked look in his face, like you told him the worst and most insulting cat joke ever. It makes him very special.

I always thought he looked a bit gormless. But in the nicest possible way. There is no other ginger that looks quite like Marm.

Had an very old cat that looked like a killer, many scars, the left ear nearly destroyed, a crooked face... an old warrior, but he was the sweetest snugglebug ever, very needy for love and attention.

Marm reminds me of my ginger Sunshine. His mom had a litter under a shed in our backyard. She left Sunshine out exposed and kept the other kittens. I believe she gave him to me as a gift! He has brought Sunshine to my life for sure!!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if Cole has a whisper into Maz's ears from time to time. I've seen something similar myself after one cat crosses the Bridge and then another starts doing similar behaviors. ❤

First time hearing Marm's original owner didn't want him. I'm utterly shocked. He's such a lovely little kitten.
They're all so beautiful, but Marm has a special place in my heart. His little mantis eyes are just too cute! Plus, I've been watching since it was actually just Cole (RIP) AND Marmalade.

I cannot believe how big Maz and Calypso are oh my God they turned into full-grown cats. Bond now being part of the family still gets me everytime how he was just like yeah I guess I can come indoors for you guys I mean you're pretty cool at all.

They are all so beautiful. If I had a house, I would also have six cats - or 10! That's my dream - a house full of cats. I'll probably never have either ... who knows ... maybe I'll win the lottery some day. 😁

I can’t believe that Marmalade had cancer all those years ago! So glad he made it through and he could be there for us when Cole had to go.

Thank you for letting us into your cat world and letting us know that it is alright to mourn a cat for a long time. I thought I was the only one who grieved over my cats for a long time.
I grieve a long time too. I get to acceptance but never forget my cats. Keeps me honest to see them again.

Eu adoto gatos há aproximadamente 30 anos. As duas primeiras viveram 13, 14 anos. Depois tive mais três que viveram cerca de 20 anos cada uma. E agora tenho um macho lindo de 4 anos e uma fêmea que talvez tenha uns 7. Todos, sem exceção, foram animais rejeitados ou abandonados. E eu sempre fiquei muito feliz por poder tê-los em minha casa. Eles são a minha família.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful purr babies...you're so blessed to have them all!!! I'm an emotional wreck right now because we had to put our purr baby Catniss to sleep yesterday :( she had sudden onset kidney disease and they found an enormous cancerous tumor in her bladder. Me and my husband are both devastated and can't stop crying whenever we think about her. My heart breaks everytime I realize I'm never going to hear her meows again,feel her purrs, or see those big golden eyes she used to look at us both with such love...she was only nine years old. I'm telling you life is too short for our fur babies!!! I am shattered and don't know how I'll ever recover from this. We weren't planning to put her to sleep yesterday but had to because it was an emergency, she got very sick and could barely lift her head...I could tell in her eyes she had given up, she was done. She was tired. I set my baby free. She now has her angel wings. Rest in peace my sweet Catniss 4/7/14-3/21/23.♥

Any other ginger owners have similar stories? Marm wasn't wanted by his former owners for whatever reason. My Maverick was returned to me by his adopters. They only gave him a few days in their home, to which he constantly howled and cried. They couldn't take it, and returned him to me. He will always be my bottle baby, and is now going on 12yrs old. Still just as needy, mischievious, and weird as always. Gotta love that weirdo ginger energy.
Thank you guys for taking these precious cats into your hearts and home! I rescued a lot of cats when my family and I used to live in So Cal. We had also previously adopted other cats. Each cat that came to live in our house always settled in and acted like they belonged.
