YOU CAN record via usb by going to SYSTEM -> USB AUDIO -> Change the setting on the bottom from "GENERIC" To "VENDOR". This changes the data going through the cable from Midi only to Midi & Audio. Appreciate the commenter that called me out and I started digging. GL HF!
How can you adjust the output volume when recording to and SD Card with a backing track over bluetooth? My drums always sound soooo much louder than the backing track -- I'd like to normalize that mix, is there a setting I can tweak> Thanks!
So, the little knob that says 'backing' and 'master' can be adjusted to suit your needs. also - you can adjust the volume of the individual drums if necessary to get the volume you want.
That would probably be a good video to record! It's hard to explain - other than to go into the file system on the Module and delete them one at a time
honestly, your best bet is likely TRYING To follow the technical manual or reaching out to SweetWater, or wait for a video to come out about that issue specifically :P. @@kentadamson6992
Thanks i found the video helpful but had to endure that AWFUL MUZAK LOOP that you'd put onto it. We as musicians ARE sensitive to what we hear and cannot understand why you find it necessary
If you can- show/tell me how please! Or link a video and I’ll pin it. I’m not being sarcastic- the usb transfers midi/timing data but not raw audio. My setup now has cables to a mixer and audio interface - which can record direct audio. But memory card still remains a good choice because you can keep the direct soloed recording without needing a daw to send it off and mix it down. Glhf!

Nice dude... looks like ya got the ENTIRE DIGITAL set!! thanks!!
Can you do a settings video on the high hat, like how to change each different one? I can only change offset
But how do you change pressure offset etc… no button is allowing me to change them.
Cool Vid! Why are your module lights All always flashing
Haha that’s a frame rate issue with the recording. It picks up when the lights dim from 60hz energy

Hey brother great video! Stupid question, how do I delete user kits from the module that I have downloaded via SD card?

@MoXyiD how do I do that? I recently bought a VAD 504. I am loving the kit. However, if I'm being honest the manual isn't much help.
