- Improvement on the chalk stick target that I built. This one hads 4 pipe for chalk stick and the target holes are drilled at 12, 10, 8 and 6mm for a more challenging selection of targets. Again I have attached a couple of Micahs excellent stainless steel spinners to the sides. This is a fantastic target! I have had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon with it and plan on many more !

Very good shooting sir , nice target
Thanks great idea had a go at my own minus the spinners, the fact the I don't weld didn't help but araldite n copper tube worked for the chalk tubes and handful of nuts and bolt now needs coat of paint and a nice day to try great target many thanks
Well done mate. Like that with the chalk.
I think a back stop large enough to catch the spinner pellets would be a safer bet. I use a piece of kitchen work top faced with carpet offcuts, a few layers, this quiets the noise so the neighbours don t complain and also stops ricochets.
Very good idea for a chalk target!
I have made various targets at our range out of chaulk, they are very impressive when hit!
We typicaly shoot at 30 mtrs,
As an observation from my point i have actually made our target range in a captive box, 3 foot x 2 foot by 1 foot deep,
and on a saturday we typical shoot 200-250 each on a days shooting, 2-4 of us normaly attend,
we manage to retrieve over 90% of our pellets shot,
I think these days with this government propasal of stopping the use of lead pellets looming over us in 2025
If more of us target shooters did this, maybe it would help sway the government to retract this proposal
or even put it off for many more years, its hard to believe that this is going to happen to us dedicated air gunners,
When we account for only 10% of the total amount of lead put onto the soil through gun sports,
Its the shot gun guys who are putting tons of lead onto the fields,
I think shot guns should use iron balls coated in a bio degradable plastic as ammo, they would after a few years rust away to nothing!
We get a bucket of old lead pellets that i can hardly lift which i cash in every year, with the money i buy tins of
pellets and share them amongst our shooters, its not much but we feel good about us being responsible shooters and doing our bit,,
Please spread the idea of pellet capture!!!!
Quick Patent it! excellent target idea, especially with the added deflector. What size pipes?
Bloody great invention fella
Nice job Neil I like that 👍
Like the design. Good idea about pellet deflector, but the spinners top paddle will ricochet the pellets upwards.
Amazing !!!
You done good job on it Sir, when l did one l did plug welds rather than using nuts n bolts, also plug weld to hold the tubes, and mine has a small pellet catcher funnel, but yea good job👍
Oh and just like to say the 97 you customised is absolutely awesome, l just sold a Pro sport I'm getting a 97.

+aljaz11 - no mate - I still use it exactly as you see it in the video. If I want to re charge the disc with new abrasive, I just skim a thin layer off with the tool I made form the file and away you go!
What pellets suit that gun barrel please cos it and you are shooting well ,,, thanks Shane uk 🇬🇧
