I gotta say I think you saved me. I took an online course and learned the processes of PMP. But the actual test was all "What should the PM do" type of questions. No formulas, no process questions. Every single question was things like, what should you do if the schedule is behind? Which was my weakest aspect as there are multiple good answers. I wasn't sure how to eliminate some and I even had 10 practice exams that I did poorly on. On the drive there I listened to your tips and I was floored and shocked to see that I passed AT/AT/AT. I think it was due to you, thank you so much Alvin! Make sure to smash that like button and subscribe!

The PMBOK 7th Edition will have useful sections explaining in a little bit more detail the differences between the predictive vs agile vs hybrid approach, which is covered on the PMP Exam. The PMBOK 6th Edition contains the Waterfall Process Groups, which is also important to understand at a high-level. @Justice, that's happened to me quite a few times, and I know how you feel! Here's what I did which changed everything for me and helped my scores improve to 70% and higher. Every week, I spent a minimum of one entire day reviewing ALL the questions I scored incorrectly. I studied them in detail so I understood why I answered them incorrectly, and I looked up any terms/concepts I wasn't familiar with in the PMBOK Guide or PMP Exam Prep Book. And on a weekly basis, I would review the tough concepts I kept missing again and again. Keep repeating this, and your scores will improve!

That's great to hear michyy125! I skimmed the Essential Scrum book for the most important concepts for Agile to get up-to-speed, so that I could be prepared to answer the agile situational-based questions on the PMP Exam. To understand the Agile concepts, I recommend checking out the following pages from Essential Scrum:
Ch 1 Intro - pg1,2; the entire Ch 2 Scrum Framework; and Ch 3 Agile principles (pg 33-35, 48-49,59-60)
Feel free to check out these pages as well to get a more thorough understanding as well.
Ch4 Sprints (61-64, 69,74,77), Ch5 User Stories (pg 83), Ch6 Product Backlog (99-101, 105-106); Skim Ch9-11 to familiarize yourself with the roles and responsibilities of each member on the Team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)

@michyy125, I took my PMP Exam at the physical testing center, for ease of use and also, so that I would have access to a notebook and pens to write-on, in case I needed to write down anything. It was extremely helpful to take it in-person since I could keep track of which questions I needed to back to. If you can, I recommend taking it in-person, so that you can avoid issues with taking remotely on your computer at home (such as internet connectivity, PC compatibility issues, not being able to have anything on your desk, and requiring the use of a webcam so that the proctor can you see you through the entire exam). Hope that helps!
