@@MichelleManuel I came across it on amazon when I was looking for a hard water shampoo and it came up as the first recco. Did some research but wasn't as convinced so I thought I'd ask you
Hi Michelle, in this video you directly started with the clarifying shampoo. However, in the other video where you showed the chelating process you 1st washed it with the CG friendly shampoo. Does it mean one needs to first wash and condition while doing the chelating process and not when doing the clarifying process ?
When you're chelating, you're using a shampoo that does not contain a sulphate. They're very mild in nature. I demonstrated 3 techniques in the video: 1. Chelate with shampoo 2. Chelate with acv in spray bottle 3. Chelate with acv using the bowl method. Using a shampoo is necessary in this case (whether it's an acv shampoo or otherwise) When you're clarifying you're not using a cg friendly shampoo. You're using a shampoo that contains a sulphate. One wash is fine. If you feel like you need 2 washes, you can do that too. Totally depends on you and how cleansing the shampoo your using is. When we clarify, the intention is to strip your hair of all the buildup (in order to end up with a clean slate). In this case, you have to use your discretion. If one wash does it for you, totally fine. If you need two washes, that's totally fine too. Touch your hair and check to see how it feeling. It will become instinctual with time.
Hi Michelle! Thank you for this video. I look forward to all your videos now. Did you film this after or before you had the bad haircut? I hope you're feeling better now.
