@@rtxf no not really. Like Asian or other European countriesplys some Latin countries have accents & USA in diff regions or state country accent, but the rest are neutral of accent removed, except NJ, NY, & Boston. Idk what other state of big cities or towns, etc are diff then those.

@@ryanmurphy2089 Croissants aren't that hard to make either. It takes me 2 days to train people to make all sorts of laminated dough pastries. Thereafter, the average person might take 14-30 days to get good consistency in their shaping and evenness, picking up speed and efficiency in movements along the way.

That's exactly how we cut the cocoa cola cake at cracker barrel- with that wheelie thing. I was a server but every now and then I worked back in prep and this was always my favorite job because when you're done cutting and portioning there's all these delicious extra left over bits that weren't big enough to make a piece but still delicious of course and they would put the pan in the back for all of us servers to eat the little leftover pieces. So yummy lol. There weren't a lot of perks to that job but the food and the discount we could use up front in the store were my favorite parts. Some of my customers were really sweet too. I was prego with my first baby and I worked every single day until my c section in February, well that December I looked like I had swallowed a basketball and all my regular customers were so sweet. I made hella money that year. Had people handing me $50s and a few $100s in addition to my regular tips. That may not sound like a lot of money to you but when you're making $1.47/HR at cracker barrel and about to have a baby with no savings- trust me it adds up! Lol oh memories 🤣

That's a dense brownie! I like brownies that dont taste like cake it's hard to explain but this lady from bible study class made brownies once and they are the best hands down I've ever had
Don't add any leavening! Or use an extremely scant amount. This is the secret to fudgy brownies. Baking soda or powder is what makes it cake-like. The key is having enough fat and chocolate too (real chocolate melted in, not only cocoa powder), otherwise it would be dry.
@@humansomewhat2167 also watch your flour amount! And i heard somewhere that dont really wait or so for the toothpick test to be completely clean for fudgey brownies

Wonderful job! You need a thick plastic knife though, they make zero tears in the cuts or edging of the brownie. It sticks to steel and metal everytime and tears them up. Just a suggestion, thats what I use and I have perfect edges - keep up the exceptional work!
