The best of the best! LWRC is the cream of the crop!!!
Such a quality built rifle. LWRC is truly one of the very best ARs out there. Definitely worth the money if you have the budget...
@joemi85 yes it has a mid length gas tube
The CHF allows for less heat distortion as well. Good stuff
Is this the one that is modifiable ? I know there were some that you could not mod due to LWRC proprietary stuff.
@born2win262 you can swap the barrel and gas system, and BCG technically. But you have to stick with the handguard.
Cold Hammer forged
I have one and love it! Especially as a lefty
Just picked one up. Very nice!
It’s manufactured in Maryland so I would hope so.
👍🇺🇸🗽Just bought one last week
Awesome sir.. still fighting myself on AK vs AR.. luv them both but this is also an option for me since I am ready to graduate from M&P spt2..
Get a good old mk18 mod0 pistol, or m16a4 style ar-15. No need for the middle ground.
Keep that sport 2 and get a ZPAP AK man. It's always great to have both. I do. Election seasons are a great time to have an AK because ammo is affordable. ARs are great during peace time lol.
The M&P sport II is actually a reliable gun if you know how to maintain it. Have fun and stay safe bud!
I walk on the wild side and own both.
If you buy an lwrc you well not be disappointed there an excellent rifle
Get you a Galil Ace for your AK and lwrc for your AR! Thank me later
Was the first AR I bought. Very nice, well made firearm!
Lwrc makes a really top quality ar with what I think is a fair price point
Best AR on the market !
Lwrc makes very fine firearms I have one in DI just like this one and it will run with the best of them
I own this weapon and have added a geissele trigger, an eotech, a UBR stock, an x2 scorpion grip and a mad scientist muzzle brake. It’s incredible
Is it better than Daniel Defense AR-15s
@@hebrewawakening6024 ? I want to know to
@@hebrewawakening6024 YES.
The barrel and the bolt carrier are overbuilt compared to the competition
Just bought comrade 12. Nice gun. I Need 20 round mag.
The pricing on these is really competitive compared to the market.
Please ask Google how to pronounce ambidextrous and lubricity lol
I got a smg.45 for my birthday and I loved it so much I ordered one of these 👆in Burnt bronze that I should be picking up later today!!!
Very wrong about what hammer forging does. Hammer forging makes barrels last longer, but it is the LESS accurate way of making barrels, button broach is more consistent. But the digits minimal.
LWRC DI is at the top of the food chain....l wish the Gov would replace the FN M4 lower snd BCG with the LWRC lower and BCG....And a 16" barriers for a little more range for the reg Military soldiers them 3 things would make us have a better rife....Than picking other Countries rife like FN HK and others and shop home for a rife and stop the mill spec shoping to save money and not lives....We got it the M4 start upgrading it then replace it....The Russians are with there Aks with the shit the M4 already been having because thay see wt works so they wanna be like mike...LWRC is showing the way...Its cheaper to upgrade them replace
Is this rifle Maryland legal ?
They have MD compliant model.
I bought this gun in Maryland and it says made in Maryland on the lower
Yes. LWRC is based in Maryland.
My first Ar and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. It is a little heavy compared to Daniel defense, my only upgrade was the trigger to a geissele
Is this a mid length gas system I can’t find that info anywhere 🙈
Apparently it's a "Stretch System", according to LWRC. I had to email them. No idea what the fuck that means though.
Does it have an adjustable gas block ?
I have one of the same rifles and mime don't have an adjustable gas block and you can go to lwrc web sight
No link? 👀
Hey , what ammo would you recommend for this gun...looking for something affordable to use at the range
Is this a mid-gas DI rifle?
Yes
Hi I hope you can answer a question for me. I bought a new Smith an Wesson AR15 because figured it would be good lol. I have started doing many upgrades so probably voided any warranty :(. After I tested the gun after many upgrades , One was putting iron sights on instead of the red dot. Soon as I did this I noticed the gun was shooting quite a bit to the right. I got a bore laser sight and sure thing looks like the barrel is not in line with the gun perfectly. I have to almost go full windage to correct. I was watching videos and saw where people get the lapping tool and face off the upper and this improves this. Do you think this might be a good try to fix the shooting to the right problem? I took the barrel nut off and sure thing it looks to be still coated with the black coating so pretty sure its never been faced up . Why didn't Smith and Wesson do this at the factory?
I'd be getting ahold of Smith & Wesson I don't see potting accessories on the rifle would void your warranty but taking it apart might
@@briandyer8907 I had it faced up. The barrel was a touch to the right yes. They put a red dot on it from factory so this corrected there error and they sold it anyway. The gun shoots strait right to left now dead center. Others have told me it is just the name of the game when buying mass produced products and is not different with guns . If they meet there basic requirements they sell them . If you want something really accurate you buy one that is set up to be accurate or you have someone do set ups like I had done to mine.
@@Jennifer_Prentice that's missed up though.well happy shooting 👍
Jennifer, Is the S&W M&P15 you own have the railed gas block on the barrel or the fixed front sight post? When you say the barrel isn't in line with the gun, do you mean the front sight tower is canted port or starboard on the rifle?
@@grantgulden3620 Was just imperfection on the rim of the upper where the barrel meets. After it was faced up the barrel sit perfectly flush and shoots strait as an arrow. The model I have did have the railed gas block yes. Not the A style fixed front.
It just amazes me that such a small burr could cant that barrel to the side that much. But like I said above. I guess if you want high end accurate rifle you buy one that has been setup to be accurate or you just spend the money and have yours setup. Not all brand new guns are dead accurate . :).
Out of stock, of course. Also... looks like that optic is mounted too far back. Would impede with access to the charging handle.
Those trijicons have horrible eye relief, everybody and their mom mounts them back that far because of it.. never heard of any issues impeding the charging handle.
@@redpilledpatriot8484 good to know, thanks
Tirjicon acogs need to be mounted as far as possible so you can get the whole view
I run pretty much this exact setup and yeah the eye relief on my trijicon is like 1 inch, they make models now with 2 inch eye relief but 🤷♂️, and no it doesn’t impede on the charging handle tbh
Lubricity: “loo-bri-city”
ambi operator
Dumb question. But is this automatic or semi?
Semi Auto
Lol very dumb
full auto is been banned for civilian for years
@@luckyyu2004 That's actually not true. It's heavily restricted, but not banned. You can legally buy one if you have about $40k and someone will sell private party.
@@bench175 Not a new one made after 1986. Those ARE restricted to LE and Military units only.
pof minuteman is roughly the same price as this.... oh boy am i confused as to what to get :P
