  • In Sixpack September I posted daily exercises to get a strong core, that will improve your Surfing skills and your day to day life as well.
    Make sure to check out my Shorts here on this channel about the newest exercises. As we are already in full swing of "Coordination & Balance October", expect something out of the box.
    As a Personal Trainer who is specialized on Windsurfers, pure Surfers, Wingfoilers and Kiters, I want to focus on the strength of a core, not about how it looks. But if you eat healthy, workout or surf a lot, then a visible Sixpack will be a nice side effect.
