- Today we’re trying SW Steakhouse. Named after the founder of Wynn Resorts, Steve Wynn, SW is widely considered to be the best steakhouse in Las Vegas. We will be attempting to get a seat on the beautiful outdoor terrace and trying some of their most famous menu items, the jumbo bone marrow flambé, Four Sixes Ranch boneless ribeye, gouda mac and cheese and SW Rocky Road.

I live here-SW is definitely in my top 5. Golden Steer, Prime at Bellagio, Oscar's at the Plaza, and Barry's at Circa-I think you guys would love that place. Besides amazing food, the atmosphere and staff cannot be topped.

SW has definitely lost a little bit off of their fastball with the departures of both Steve Wynn and executive chef David Walzog, but it's still the G.O.A.T.
We heard that from some others as well. Can’t believe this was it not at its best because it was still incredible!

An Evening experience is way better. @SW 8 visits and they all have been Great! From The Pepper Crusted Chateaubriand, Seafood Tower and Foie Gras the Vibe and Service have always been Fantastic!
What a beautifully presented review...as always. Pricy but worth it. More than likely you're on vacation and cost be damned. I also like that they don't have music blaring. I'd pay an extra $40 just for that.

My favorite. Never an issue. Not inexpensive, but great food and service EVERY time.
I’ve been going to the Wynn for 17 years. SW is one of my favorite places . I liked the Santa Carota steak . The cattle was fed a carrot diet which gave the beef a unique flavor . Sadly they no longer have it . The service has always been fantastic and it’s a beautiful setting especially during the Lake of Dreams show . Enjoyed the video #wulffdendad
Wow that sounds so unique! We’ll have to keep our eyes out for something like that somewhere else. We wish we could’ve stayed for the show but it wasn’t going to start for over an hour after we finished!

There was no pretzel bread. The loaf is brioche and the slices served with the bone marrow are sourdough.
I was just at SW last week and I remember it being just as good as the last time I was there, which was probably like 15 years ago. It really was great. Like you said, it’s not the best steak I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at more steakhouses than I can count and still the best steak I can get, in my opinion, is about a 15 minute drive from where I live here in Minneapolis.
Wow maybe Minneapolis will have to be on our radar for a future trip!
@@travelfuller Personal preference of course, but I definitely believe that pretty much the entire Twin Cities metro area, but mainly Minneapolis and St. Paul has great food. I mean we don’t have any Michelin Star restaurants or anything but just good, solid food and I doubt many people would think of Minnesota as a “foodie” place. I feel like the steakhouses here are particularly good.
Looks really good.... Wish they offered a bone in, I personally always prefer that. Maybe I'll get to try this one day

I order a rack of lamb ; I must admit I enjoy my dinner however I spent almost half day in the bathroom (??). And SN steakhouse the next day ,said Iam sorry for your loss 😩😩😩
Just try not to go during peak hours. Friday, Saturday, even Sunday night’s is 50/50 on the food and service as the volume is really high.

In my Humble British 🇬🇧 opinion , lived in Vegas Five years BTW , Circus Circus for me has the best Steak House in Vegas , especially if you like the “ Old School “ Vegas vibe 😍

I’ve eaten at every top steakhouse in Vegas. SW was the best. Not even close. From the other comments it’s gone downhill recently. I got it at its peak. Late 2000s I think I ate there.
Yeah we heard the same thing. That’s why we started the video not expecting to be impressed but our experience was great! Obviously apart from the crazy prices

Best steakhouse in Vegas, and so far also my favorite ribeye.
A pro move is to order half Mac and half spinach. It's unthinkable to eat a big steak without a potato side, but I'd consider it here.
It’s hard to beat but we tried some other amazing spots as well. That is absolutely the pro move and we seriously regretted not getting another half portion of a side
SW is just okay on the steaks. You need to try some of my favorites including Jean Georges in Aria, Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio, Oscars in downtown Las Vegas, Golden Steer on Sahara Ave and Joe's Seafood Prime Steak and Stone Crab in Caesars. Make sure you ask for the special seasoning blend for their steaks on the side. Also try their side dishes and Key Lime Pie
We went to Oscars and Golden Steer as well! Next time we’ll have to try Jean Georges, Bazaar Meats and Prime. There are just too many great ones!
I still prefer Michael’s Gourmet Room.
What was the temperature while you were there? I was there last week and it was 107!!
Yikes! We went in March and it was 75 every day!
Did you try the new Peter Lugar's yet ?
We've been to Peter Luger's in New York a few times but not the new one at Caesars

I just priced out a steak and lobster dinner with 2 drinks and it would cost $400 for one person! That is so crazy dumb expensive.
It really is. We were also going to try Prime at Bellagio but it was even more expensive!

I'm not trying to hate on you, but it feels like you are just repeating all the reviews of UA Eats channel (not just the restaurants, but the themes). Hope you can carves out your own unique channel in the future- that will set you apart. Including some hidden gems will help.

We had the very first reservation time and were too early to see the show. It's much harder to get these tables later in the evening!

Not pretzel bread. Did it taste and look like challah bread? A few extra eggs in the "pretzel" dough?
I enjoyed your review and appreciate your efforts but the it’s not bad for a rib-eye comment just throws me off.
Never knew a rib-eye was considered a lesser cut.
Oh no not at all! I meant it wasn’t chewy for a ribeye. Since they’re pretty fatty sometimes they can be a bit chewy. Ribeye is definitely our favorite cut!

I've been there a couple of times and both times excellent. Same experience as you all . However, it is the only good restaurant in Wynn or Wynn E
We went to Tableau for brunch while we were there and loved it! But we didn’t get a chance to try any of the other dinner restaurants
Sinatra is outstanding.
Sw Steak House Bone marrow was horrible. Please don't get this for an appetizer. The bread was delicious.

If you’re talking about the stuff on the butter, there was salt and an additional seasoning!
Similar to this UA-cam channel, SW is overrated and not worth the time.
