FYI ,,,im from Hawaii, and im a meat cutter....Porther House...top section is the Striploin, not sirloin...and the bottom is the fillet mignon....oh striploin is also called the New york...enjoy
if you think Luger or Delmonico's is good, go to Keens Steakhouse in Manhattan, that's on another level. Every time in NY I go to Luger for $20 burger (cash only) and Keens for steak and creamed spinach.
We have the original Peter Luger in NYC. This one is very fancy. Love how they show the process. That’s slab of bacon looks amazing. I love the chocolate moose i never tried it with the schlog lol. Great video.
Wow ! Amazing Steakhouse ! Awesome lasvegasfill ! Yummy tomatoes ,onion & bacon with the sauce ! So nice enjoying the delicious foods together ! Mahalo Dan for sharing !
We ate there when they first opened at the end of last year and everything was so delicious!!! The service was amazing as well. I can't wait to go back to Vegas just to eat at Peter Luger again 🤤
I first saw the Cheeseburger with bacon on _Devour Power TV's_ New York video, before the Vegas location opened and I was really glad they kept the same menu for the Vegas location, because that burger looks _🔥!_ I love that they let the steak and it's sizzle be the presentation, instead of some pretentious display that can happen at other Vegas steakhouses! #Schlag is actually short for _Schlagobers!_
Great video. You ordered perfectly. The only thing you missed was the shrimp cocktail which is fantastic. Love Peter Lugers in Brooklyn, hope to visit during my May visit. Great informative videos, thank you.
Have been to Peter Lugers in NYC - it was good, but a little disappointing than the AMAZING steak experience that we hoped for. We do great steaks at home on the grill so there’s a high bar already. We go to Vegas a lot and will have to try this to give it another chance. BTW, isn’t a Porterhouse a filet and a strip steak, not a sirloin that was mentioned in the video? I’ll have to try the burger lol, and it looks great! The tour and back-end video was great! Thanks for the video :)
Sup Dan! Yo I'm going to Vegas tomorrow. Gonna try Delmonico, saw you made a video on it before. I'm the guy you met at Boiling Point in Chino Hills haha. Let me know if you're gonna be in Vegas this weekend.
Been to PL's in Vegas twice. Once for a porterhouse steak dinner, the second time for the burger lunch. Great experience on both occasions with the food and attentive service. I couldn't believe the amount of fries they gave me with my burger. And fried the old fashioned way...in beef tallow. Is PL's pricey? Sure, but so worth it.
cool vid..but in porterhouse that you ordered there is no sirloin section or rib section..its a cut that has both striploin and tenderloin its comprised of
he said straight from the kitchen into the table is how Peter looper serves their meal 😂 Do other places take their food somewhere else then bring it to the table 😅
I t takes great, to prepare food with the understanding of how to prepare the steak, hamburger to prepare everything else with Jove and heart, and working together as a team.
For $160 i could get a whole rib eye roast and make 8-12 20oz steaks. Was the steak so good that it justified the price? Maybe if it was on company expense. Even then i’d feel bad For the company lol
@@DanVsWorld we are tourists coming to Vegas for first time. If you had to choose one fancy dinner which would you choose for overall experience and food?
We were out in Vegas for a company event and this is where we had dinner, this place It was ok, nothing special about this joint, we ordered the rib steak for 2 and i ordered the burger as well to try it out, in-n-out burgers are waaay better…
Iv eatin there ot was good 30$ more than other steak houses in vegas for the same cuts my problem was thay took out a great steak house the old home sted
I found Peter Lugar's to be a bit underwhelming especially when you factor in the price. They said they dry age their steaks but it has very little funk. The meat quality is very good but I found it underseasoned. The thick bacon wasn't cured enough to have that distinct savory bacon flavor, it mainly tasted like a charred piece of fatty ham and don't even get me started on the tomato, for the price they are charging they could use heirlooms which is way more flavorful and sweet without the need for any sauce. I borderline felt this place to be a tourist trap but it has history and maybe 35 years ago this place would still be at at the top of the steak game but these days, it's become over priced and overrated.
If I get 1000k likes I will tell you a story about Peter Lugers. I grew up 7 blocks away and walked by there almost everyday on the Southside. Enough clues...where those likes? 😊
This all looks good but surprised how much salt is on that steak. This is one place I would eat once per year, not just because of the price but because of all the salt and butter. Wow. Was curious that you raved about the burger and only rated it 9.3 at 19:20 but then upped it to 9.8 at 23:22 so looks like you corrected it.😂
Awesome bts with the Chef! And those desserts look epic!
Trying to understand $17.95 for tomatoes and onions wow
No thank you!
Trying to understand $18 broccoli
Got to pay his 100k plus annual salary. 😂
even the steak is not particularly special tbh
It's peter luger, man. No need to ask why. There is a seal of guarantee.
Wow, that was an amazing meal. Thanks for highlighting this.
So happy to hear there’s a Peter Luger in Las Vegas! Thank you for sharing 😁👍
The behind the scenes is cool! Everything looks delish

I've eaten at Peter Luger in Brooklyn a couple of times, and the meals were great. I'll have to try this one in Vegas when I'm back in town.
Let’s go
My mouth is watering, looks so good!
Very nice that you include prices in video. Thanks

That is an unbelievable meal, getting a burger and a steak in the same sitting with all the sides is amazing! Fill won’t touch the sauce is lol

Amazing video! Thank you for letting us see God bless!
Thanks for watching!
Hey Dan! Steakhouse sounds amazing!🥩🌟🌟🌟
When the Chef says burger, it reminds me of Steve Martin in Pink Panther taking English lessons.
5:46 that sizzle 🔥🔥🔥
A porterhouse is one side fillet and the other side strip. It isn’t a sirloin
brocoli for 20 bucks is crazy
Yes, too expensive..
Schlag is an americanized version of Schlagobers (Austria) or Schlagsahne (Germany). Schlag means hit - so you have to hit the cream to get steady.
Peter luger taste without the Peter luger attitude?😂

Is this location cash only as well or do they accept cards?
Smaller bites.
Seems like our should combine the bite with tomato, union and bacon… together?
great video!
Thanks Jim
I’m going to Vegas in July. Would you reco Peter Luger vs Hell’s Kitchen for a nice dinner?
Peter Luger is more high end Hell’s Kitchen a more tourist experience
@@DanVsWorld we are tourists coming to Vegas for first time. If you had to choose one fancy dinner which would you choose for overall experience and food?
0:33 I love a well salted steak as much as the next guy but that might be a bit too much.
Honestly it wasn’t as bad as it looked
Miss steaks. Gave up all red meat couple years ago.
that peter luger in las vegas looks really nice
I want to try the fries the most. Lol
Lol beef fat fries
I'd be putting that bacon onion and tomato on the burger
Don’t trust anyone who can’t clean there spoon off before their next bite 😂

Looks amazing but of course overpriced considering on the strip. Good video!
Thanks Paul
I am not a foodie, not even going to pretend, but that burger looked better then the steak in my opinion.
Delish!!!! Whoooooooaaaaaa
How much was the steak

do you think peter luger goes through more pounds of butter or steak in a day
Bro does an interview in a tshirt
how much was it
Based on what he put on the screen, $250 USD.
Can’t handle the lip smacking.
$18 for steamed broccoli is out of control.
I've heard from people that its overrated.
Try smith and wollensky there in vegas and compare to peter luger’s
I have tried it in a sea párate video
@@DanVsWorld which place do you prefer?
Dude, it’s a steakhouse and they don’t talk about the quality of the beef😂😂😂😂😂😂

Sorry, there isn't any way I would remotely consider paying these prices.
Do they take credit cards here unlike nyc lol
I would hate to work with that chef. His English is marginal.
Does Peter Luger LV take credit cards? I remember the Brooklyn location did not.
Yes they do
Sickening to watch this guy eat.
it's too much In-N-Out mentions it's freaking Peter Luger
A porterhouse is a NY strip and a filet. No sirloin.
KC strip[
32 bucks for a burger? Ridiculous.
Striploin, not sirloin...
