UHU Original: This seems to be sold out online, however try looking in stores. Please remember that it has to be the "ALL PURPOSE GLUE" original one in black and yellow packaging. Do not use other types of glue from UHU (eg white glue, strong glue, super glue) because they won't work for the water bubbles.

I remember doing paper mache bowls for a school project and I remember that you have to add multiple layers if you want it to be more sturdy. Just a quick tip for those wanting to try the last hack in the vid ☺️
you can smush the pulp on the outside of an upturned bowl to get a smooth interior finish & it will dry more quickly. Briefly nest another bowl over the top partway thru drying to smooth out the outside layer. This is a great, impromptu craft if you are stuck in a restaurant or waiting room with kids. You can usually find a napkin or tissue, some cup or bottle, & some water.
Okie dokie:)
My friends and I would always make that DIY eraser putty in elementary school, so it's really cool to see it in one of your videos! The trick is to rub tiny pieces of eraser shavings between your fingers until it becomes malleable like an actual putty. It's really time consuming if you want to make a bigger putty but it's pretty fun.
I need something that is time consuming 😌
I got mine right now its hard but i know how to make it into a putty again
me and my bestie also did that and played with it
I Always did this in school😅
We used to make eraser clay in school all the time! Instead of erasing a blank sheet of paper, if you erase colored pencils, you can get different colors and then mold them into a cute custom eraser. I had so much of this in my desk. This was long before social media, so it's so cool to see how many other bored kids independently discovered the same weird things.
me toooo! i always used to make it during class in elementary, i made it my life's goal to make a big pile of it.
Joanna out here making actually useful and fun hack videos that don't involve potentially setting your house on fire. 5 Minute Crafts could never.
Also, there's a specific brand of eraser called Moo that is specifically made so that the shavings clump up instead of crumble. It pretty much instantly becomes a kneaded eraser. I know it kinda defeats the point of a hack to use a specific, not widely sold brand, but it's fun to know regardless.
Coconut oil is HIGHLY comedogenic, which means it can clog pores easily. So for those who are already prone to acne around the lips (like yours truly) I’d definitely use a different oil, such as jojoba or even grapeseed.
Another way to make those water pistols is to get bunchoballoons since they use a tiny rubber band to seal, they work the same way. Bonus aspect is these balloons are now biodegradable so when they pop or run out, they don't have to be cleaned up
Interesting!! I've never tried Bunchoballoons before and always wondered what made them different to normal ones
@@maqaroon the "biodegradable" thing is just unethical marketing and shouldn't be believed at all.
Lifehacker has an article about it.
at school I used to get Babybel cheese in my lunch and I always used to take the wax and make random little characters out of it lol, I miss those days
YOURE FINALLY UPLOADING HACKS LIKE YOU USED TO.. I ALMOST THOUGHT THIS WAS AN OLD VIDEO FROM THE THUMBNAIL..
Haha thank you! This one didn't actually take as long to film and edit as I expected so I hope I can make more vids like this in future!
So glad you included the Koala cookie one. It unlocked some nostalgic memories 😂 and also wanna go grab some and try that lol.
Please do not use food coloring in bath products! As it can stain not only your tub but your skin. Please make sure to only use Bath safe/made products for your soap and bath items!!
In the context of this DIY I think it's harmless to use a tiny bit of food colouring to make a pastel coloured clay, which then gets dissolved in so much water. However agree that it's a bad idea to use concentrated food colouring for anything related to skin or cosmetics
You sai it now
@@merelturf3704 What? Did you want them to say it before maqaroon posted the video?
will it be good if you use gloves for it?
@@L0ST_K3NZ0 There’s not a glove for your body/bathtub.
I used to do special effects make up and I would mix Karo syrup with red food coloring, it looks real and stays wet. Super cheap and way better than any fake blood you can buy
OOOOH The bath bomb hack is great since I can never get the bath bombs to work with the molds. They always crumble or expand or foam up.
Yay hope it helps! It's not really a fizzy bath bomb but basically the same as LUSH bubble bath bars. I think the clay should work with molds as well, especially if you just leave it inside to dry!
Imagine dressing up as a vampire or a zombie for Halloween and going to a party or out trick or treating smelling like soy sauce lol.
Another (and probably cheaper) way to make fake blood uses corn syrup (or other similar syrup), chocolate syrup and water if you want it thinner! Adding peanut butter and/or starch to make it thicker is an option too, but obvs gotta be careful of allergies. It's edible, too! Tons of diff recipes out there 👍
The “professional” theatre blood that we used in the productions I worked on was basically corn syrup, colouring, and a minty flavouring. Your ideas are spot on!
AHH THIS IS WHAT I NEEDED TO SPEND MY TIME WITH, THANKS MAQAROON!!!
My daughters make toilet paper bowls by placing the paper on the outside of the bowl and letting it dry. They're 8 and 11 so they leave them all over my house and it annoys me but I've always thought it was a pretty clever way to make extra bowls for their doll's tea parties.
Oh that's a great idea, much easier to get off! I need to teach my 3 year old too...would love her to start making stuff instead of always needing new toys 😂
I know heat helps pushing/molding the eraser shavings together because I remember i used to make balls of it in art class when I'd be rubbing the pencil marks away to make it clean after drawing with dark pencils
Interesting!! I had no idea this method was so widespread. There are lots of people here saying they did this in school
It would make my day if you do the water bubble one but using other glues😅
I feel like your UA-cam persona is a calm, mature teacher and your tiktok persona is pure chaotic troll and I love that
HAHAHA I love this 😆! I feel that the "reward" for people who watch my YT is that they fully know where the Tiktok stuff is coming from and it makes sense. The ones who only see short clips get emotional damage 💀
i love your crafts so much! theyre so fun just to watch and they really get my creative juices flowing
The water bubbles are literally so satisfying I keep watching the original video 😁
Looks so satisfying
Oo this reminds me of the old craft hack videos!
This video literally made my day Joanna ♥️. Thank you for these hacks 👌😌
I love your videos so much!! 💞💞
these are so cool! I love your unique ideas!!
Amazing video!! Thank you for sharing ❤️❤️❤️
THIS ISNT A HATE COMMENT !!
I was just going to say that baking soda drys out ur hands because once I made something and it dryed out my hands and no matter how many times I washed it it kept feeling dry . I don’t know wether the shaving cream doesn’t dry out mixed with the baking soda .
Btw I absolutely adore ur Chanel!!
For a not so crumbly moldable eraser get tape and an eraser and erase the sticky part of the tape. Little tip😁
I have a vasovagal reaction to blood & I was like "oh, I won't be affected by this, it's just fake blood" but as soon as she swirled it I immediately felt lightheaded 😂 That is quite realistic! The sauce has that sticky consistency blood has that water-based fake blood doesn't
The queen is back!!!!!
Hello!!! I remember watching ur videos when i was at 5th grade and now im 16! I miss u so much❤
This is so satisfying!!! I love your videos!!!
Brilliant hacks
I love ur channel so much joana!! Ive watched maqaroon and cute life hacks since 2016!!
omg, I love this!!! its all so cool!!
it works with unclean eraser shavings too I always do this in class
I just started watching your channel and I love it
I love your hacks!
Omg I LOVE the bath clay! I’m gonna go make some now lol. I wonder if you can make a pipe-able version 🧐 time to experiment!
I love doing the earesor one it’s easy to do to!
Omggg renewed subscriber here I remember when I used to watch her sewing videos when I was younger ahh it's good to be back
12:21 i have that exact shirt 😝🤣
it's so amazing how your channel is just like 5 mins diy but it's more rational and you even voiceover it and the video quality is so high even though you have a lot of subs you still work hard on vids
I would recommend adding a bit of moisture to the rubber 💕
"Start by washing of any remnants of cheese" its one of those sentences that bring me inmense joy because is not something you expext to hear
7:41 you can also add soap (do not add a lot) till it comes together but, it wont erase that well
Love it!
At school when I’m done with my work (which is mostly all the time) I actually do make needed erasers I did this all the time so now I have this big clump!
I used to make kneaded erasers every day during school!
Did you know that if you put activater in a bowl ND put glue *don't mix it* then take the glue out carefully it forms glue bubbles! It's so satisfying to pop Its better to use clear glue
Also with the putty rubber you could also make it into blu tack however you cant exactly stretch it anyways so youve got your ball of rubber shavings and then you gentyl mix in some glue best type of glue to use is like prit stick glue then when its mixed in you have to keep on like pressing it down and and like kneading it in your hand and then when its dry and like a blu tack you can add colour however this type of blu tack isnt great for stretching so if you need to have something in your hand to play with or something then just make this and i dont know if this works as a rubber
6:48 i used to do this in class all the time lol
for the fake blood- if you need thicker blood- use corn syrup, soy sauce, and the colorants you please and you'll get a thick and realistic blood substitute! - theater crazed vet student
I just found this channel a few days ago and now it’s my favourite channel
Yay thanks!
@@maqaroon hii
Amazing vidio
Can we use cornflour? I love ur vids
7:41 I always used to do this at school lollll
fake blood recipe I've used is jsut a bottle of karo syrup, 40 drops of red food color, 1 drop blue food color. and then Vaseline to keep from sticking. this is often used in movies. yours is so much nicer on a small scale though.
For the putty rubber, you should rub it over a sticky note, sticker, or anything like that.
u can add a bit of oil as u mix the clay dust
Hi I just found your channel and it's interesting and AMAZING! :D
You're so pretty, Maqaroon! I always love watching your videos. Your voice is so soothing
13:54 you don’t actually have to rip it up in tiny pieces, you can just leave it for a few hours and stir it every now and then. It would become weaker
Does the glue bubbles only work with the uhu glue?
That paper "mache" works because that is how paper is made and recycled. Shred it up blend with water to make mush and then flatten in the shape you want
Idk why this was so aesthetic 😂 btw have a 🍪 cause your awesome!
ik this is a DIY video but to get off food colouring stains or any other you can use a pink scrubbing patty i have no idea what is it called, you can find it at gas stations mostly (poland)
EARLY! FINALLY
I would use a soap safe dye for #10 that way it won't stain your skin or your tub. And it would be less likely to irritate sensitive skin.
Also I saw this video on Instagram of someone dipping a fluffy makeup brush into a glass of water with glitter at the surface of the water.
Go girl
Dear Maqaroon, you haven’t been posting needle felting for a long time, could you please make more needle felting videos please? Love your videos
i love your videos smm!!!!! :DD
I did the putty eraser since 2017
This is off topic but your voice is super southing to me and I love your videos
hi, can we use shaving gel for the bath bomb clay? or even regular shampoo?
You can use any type of soap like shampoo, liquid hand soap, shower gel etc :))
Shampoo would be best because it doesn't change the texture of the clay that much! Shaving gel might start foaming and it would be harder to control. Liquid hand soap will also work
@@maqaroon omg thanks so much.i tried this and it came out so well. I wish we could post photos in the comments section
other than shaving cream/foam we can also use tooth paste
With the diy wat gun thing I literally did it the day I watched this video as it got as high as 35 degrees Celsius and I did it before I watched the video .💕🙂
Every time when I make something out of paper my sister would be like mama. I wanted and I'd be like no.
I remember that I break my friend ruler. He said that he had a sticky eraser putty and he fix his ruler.
Hi I just want to ask can you make a clear squishy but with hair pls 😜💞 thank you very much 😜😜😜💗
THE BOTTLE REVEAL!!!
Is anyone gonna talk about how the dog needle pin is🦮❤️
Omg hi
1 hour late, YAY JOANNA
If you do not have shaving foam and baking soada you can just use a bar of soap and scrub as hard as you can and it will get food coloring off your hands in no time
I shared your fake blood recipe with some people who make independent films. It's niche but really useful!
Thank you! The pro level of fake blood is to add corn syrup as well to give a stretchier, thicker texture. However I feel that sounds very sticky to clean up so not necessary unless you really need to show graphic splattering or something 😬
Will cancele wax work
For the eraser putty a better way is to get a pencil with a eraser on it, then you rub the eraser on the pencil on the big eraser and then you scrape the sticky stuff off the eraser
You can make a candle with baby bell
We do the eraser one Alltwen time at school but the teachers hate it cuz it's always dirty and gross
But the trick is to to smooth it between ur fingers like like the hand thing to do to symbolise mony but just with two fingers and this maysound gross but If ur hands get sweaty doing it that's actually a good thing bc it helps to stick it together lol
Noice vid :D
Today is my birthday! Thanks for uploading!
Happ Birthday!!! 🥳
@@maqaroon OMG you replied to me and thanks!
@@maqaroon And i got a hart
My friends literally made a business out of the eraser one
I used a different type of glue and it worked
I thought that the cheese was going to be the lipbomb
The bottle cap is kinda creepy tho and you can use black erasers for the putty eraser then it’s easier to make. Btw, IV BEEN DOING THIS WHEN I WAS YOUNG :)
try paper mache with flour and water it hardens rock solid
im not sure bc the kast time i did it was when i was
5
We are waiting for your video
Would like other cheese wax work
Is it possible to make fake blood with just a lot of food colouring?
