great video! Especially if you learn IFR theory next to it, its really helpful to see an implementation. One question came to my mind. In the video you flew the LNAV/VNAV, so it was a APV, wasnt it? And thats the reason why a DA(H) is allowed, since if I remember correctly, only MDAs are allowed for NPAs (only with some exception if using an CDFA if i recall that correctly). And are NPAs even used with a dive and drive technique in a 737 or will you use a CDFA then?

That’s correct. In general when we have an RNP approach, it is flown and to be considered as a precision 3D approach, which is why the LPV minima is the same as a CAT 1 ILS (200’). We just fly it in LNAV/VNAV, hence the higher minima, but still a DA(H).
Regarding the dive and drive - we do indeed. In the rare case we are required to fly a NPA using V/S, a different technique applies. This introduces among other things, a 2nm level segment before the FAF. This does in some cases really become dive and drive :-) Good fun, but not for pax.

Could you please do a V/S approach?

No, LPV is still non-prec. 3:10
