I have anemia but it's because my red blood cells are too small and I still have low hemoglobin! I actually have too high of a count of red blood cell count. They die off quick. I guess you can have a high red blood cell count, anemia and still have ckd. It's weird but true. My blood disorder is genetic though because of thalassemia intermedia and I am also iron deficient! It sucks!! 😢
