I figured it out by putting my arm in cold water+ keeping my arm straight even while sleeping . Pain disappeared in 3 days.
I'll have to incorporate this with my other routine. Been dealing with golfers elbow for a little over a month now.

I was scheduled for laser and electro sessions, 3 sessions in and still pain did not go away. Losing faith in these sessions, hence why I'm here.
Will quit the sessions and try these exercises.

I often use extensor bands. Like multiple times a week often. I have a routine lol
There's tennis elbow and then there's golfer's elbow; isn't golfer's elbow from people not gripping the bar in the palm of their hands rather in their fingers, overstressing the tendons? Indian clubs are great for the elbows since they remind the nervous system and brain that elbows are more than just hinge joints

If I’d seen this two months ago, I might’ve avoided getting medial epicondylitis/chronic pain of golfers elbow. now no choice but to lay off that right grip probably for months
