@Chiabelss Please forgive me. I missed your message. When I started, I only used. a teaspoon of the AC Vinegar. Worked my way up. I try to have 1 Tb AC Vinegar, 1/2 t Molasses (for some flavor) 1Tb Lemon juice, a dash of hot sauce & 6-8 oz water. I drink with a STRAW, to protect my teeth. I try to have 3-4 a day. I do my best to have these 1/2 hour before I eat. Last one, before I go to sleep . I've been exercising faithfully. Days I have a lot to do. I put on 2 1/2 lb weights on my ankles. This is great exercise for my legs. This may sound silly, I try to walk with my legs crossing, My legs wide, I'll try to march like an a band. lifting my thigh up. If i'm sitting, I'll do my best to be lifting my legs up working my top thigh. I lift wgts faithfully. Start with what is comfortable. If you can do 3 sets of 10 ok? Then add 2 lbs next time. This is my experience from ACV My weight is 82kg i decided to buy ACV i drink 30mins before i eat my lunch because i always wake up late since i work at night. Then around 1pm i run with walk on a treadmill for only 30 mins. Then before i sleep i drink a Again. In 3 days from 82 now I'm 78kg Forgot to say at night i only eat 2 boiled eggs, boiled sweet potato and banana.😊

I swish it around (including between teeth and on toungue) and repeat a couple of times. It takes 30 seconds. I just leave a small juice glass next to my kitchen sink for this purpose.

I'm 63, but so wish I had this knowledge in my late 20s'. when my lifestyle was putting pounds on me. Doing Keto and fasting for the past year and now building in regular use of ACV is making such a difference. Back in 1976 me and my mom started the Atkinson diet and also found apple cider vinegar. We drank it one Table spoon in 1/2 cup of water after each meal and the weight fell off fast !
I did the Atkins diet and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks in 1996. I read the book. I had done low fat and worked out and it took 2 years to lose 40 lbs of baby fat. Low fat was the diet and it’s not good.

Been doing IF (OMAD) for about 45 days now. Starting using ACV (the "mother") in the morning and before a meal. Gonna now start drinking some at night too. Down 26 lbs since I started IF 45 days ago. I've been drinking about a T of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of water 1/2 hour before I eat. I am an OMAD or 2 meals/day gal. I've lost 20 pounds over 3 1/2 years and built lots of lean muscle. (Yoga, swimming, pushups, lunges, squats, ab work) and I think the vinegar keeps my blood sugar from spiking too high when I finally eat. I eat low carb, decent protein but I will splurge for an occasional birthday cake, glass of wine, a pasta dinner...but all after I eat my nutritious foods, always including lots of veggies. ACV can lower your potassium levels so be cautious. If you’re experiencing cramping or tightness in your muscles, then you may want to back off on the amount of ACV.

Fantastic breakdown of how to utilize and the benefits of apple cider vinegar! Listening to it multiple times to let it sink in. I’ve done ACV treatment for about 6 months now and seeing the fat on my stomach and back (the most stubborn ones) melt. Doing a double take and asking my husband to confirm to make sure my mind is not playing tricks on me or just my imagination! Also, my sugar craving has disappeared! 😮 🙏
Hi. The short answer: I take it first thing in the morning. And again at night after dinner or before going to bed. If you want more details, see below. Good Luck. 🍀 I drink plain seltzer water first to satiate my thirst (I just like seltzer water in stead of regular water). Then I add 1 teaspoon of ACV to half a cup of seltzer water and drink that. I don’t eat for another 2-3 hours often times but I do drink a cup of coffee after 20-30 minutes if I want to. I add 1 teaspoon of cream to it or half teaspoon of butter (no sugar or milk so I can stay in ketosis). I try to fast for 16 hours after my last meal. The combination of keto, intermittent fasting and ACV seem to work well.

It's not the same apple cider unfortunately. Kate Perry bought them out and is in partnership with Bill Gates. It has high inflammatory oils in it with fake apples put in it.
People need to know that it doesn’t have to be apple cider vinegar. It’s the acetic acid in all vinegars. Red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar even plane ole vinegar if you could stomach it. Bottom line it’s the acetic acid present in vinegar.
I make something called Good Girl Moonshine and it tastes delicious! It’s 2 tablespoons of ACV, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, splash of real vanilla extract, and stevia…put all ingredients into a quart size jar, add ice, and fill with water. Very tasty 😊
I started doing ACV and organic lemeon juice in the mornings a few years ago. So far so good. Only thing to watch is, rinse your mouth out right after doing the ACV. I have not had a cavity in decades. My dentist and I were shocked with me having 3 fairly large cavities on my last visit. I do not drink pop or eat candy often at all so, my only addition /habit change was the ACV, so be careful. Rinse rinse rinse.

Hoy, I have a serious question. I'm new to all of this, my doctor says I'm pre type two diabetic. I'm a male, 65, 6'2".a little over weight 240 pounds. With all the remedies I'm seeing, what if. Bio-Chemist indicates that it does not have to be ACV but that any edible vinegar that has acetic acid in it will bring the same results slowing the breakdown of carbs and sugars into glucose which decreases those glucose spikes by up to 30%. White vinegar works and is less expensive than the trendy ACV.
I am just relieved this Tuber didn't pull any stupid marketing trickery. Well yeah, the meat and sustenance of the vid took place in the final 5 seconds but I am not being redirected to a link to another place on the internet where there are packages and payment plans to get most out of what he said in those 5 final seconds. I knew a 12 year old that quickly destroyed her tooth enamel with daily lemon juice/lemons, be sure you protect your teeth. Maybe rinse immediately with plain water, maybe use straws too.
Yes- it absolutely destroys teeth which can lead to other health issues- tooth infection, long term damage, chronic teeth & gum infections , tooth loss . Oral health is so important for whole body health too
Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon in a cup of water) is highly acidic so NEEDS to be taken via a straw to protect teeth, or taken via a pill. Also - there should be some "off days" to give the kidneys some recovery time.
Or just neutralize it with potassium bicarbonate. Also, the kidneys should be fine with vinegar. Vinegar is what your body burns in the krebs cycle. The acidic byproducts of energy metabolism like lactate come from the steps of chopping up glucose into vinegar.
I have also heard about apple cider vinegar impacting the kidneys negatively. I can’t remember where, but I have a feeling a quick Google search will yield something on the topic. Nevertheless, I do consume apple cider vinegar almost every day. Until now, I questioned whether it was the best thing to have first thing in the morning, but if Thomas says it’s a good time to drink it, that’s when I’m going to drink it. I also like it with meals and after watching this video I am going to start having it at night as well . I think the thing that we need to watch out for is the quantity. I suspect that if you are consuming more than two ounces a day per 100 pounds of body weight, you might be consuming too much of it, so if you’re going to have it in the morning and at night and with meals and in between meals, I would use it very sparingly per drink. Per 100 pounds of body weight, one full teaspoon per drink should be sufficient.

I've been taking acv for 2 years, 2 tablespoons am and pm. I eat healthy, work out 3x a week, rarely eat more than 2 meals per day, I've stayed at 232 lbs, no weight loss. I'm 68 and 6 foot tall. Think I'll try with each meal, just to say I did.
I've found that the best way for me to get down ACV is to add equal amounts ACV and lemon juice to my electrolyte powder drink. Mine is watermelon flavor and it helps a lot to make ACV drinkable for me. 2 tbsp ACV, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 scoop watermelon Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder in 16 oz water.
What kind of ACV do you drink? Unfiltered, dark golden/brown doesn't taste bad at all just with water and after the first shock you can actually savor it like people do with alcohols or tea! Stuff has really complex flavour profile and is actually sweet-ish under the immediate acidity
I do the same with my Ultima electrolyte drink, which is lemonade flavor. I put it in 16oz of lemon water, splash of volcano lemon juice, with the acv. Tastes good, great hydration in the morning after a night of sleep.
@@dubyuellem7534 Seems like GREAT MINDS think alike. For years I would drink acv, lemon juice, fruit flavored electrolyte powder in water every morning and felt great. While everyone else was drinking coffee.
For those that can't stomach drinking acv you can mix it with olive oil and use it as a dressing for a small salad if taking with/before a meal. If you mix acv, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, a little fish/cod liver oil you can turn a dressing into a powerhouse.
@@MWLynch100 theres less risk eating it with other foods than drinking it straight. the alkaline foods cut down on the acidity. but having said that. if you are taking it straight (like i do 3x/day), make sure you dilute with a large glass of water, drink it with a straw placed _behind_ your teeth, then rinse/swallow some water afterwards. you wont damage your teeth. and youre body will thank you.

I started taking apple cider vinegar twice a day and after a week I started puking up mucus and can't keep food or water down. I haven't eaten in 10 days now and I'm dehydrated.
I use lemon and ginger juice along with the ACV, 2tbsp each and mix with 12-16 oz of cold water, its delicious. All of these compounds help to break up mucus so its your body discharging excess. As a 6'1 190lb male i drink about 3L (3/4 gallon) of water a day. Stay hydrated!

I put a shot of ACV, cayenne pepper, garlic pickle juice & lime wedge in bottle water. Tastes like a spicy bloody Mary without tomatoe juice. I love the taste & it really wakes me up in the morning!
Always mix with water, use a straw or drink a glass of water after you drink ACV. Wait to brush your teeth until the ACV is gone from your teeth. I had to get fillings between every single tooth from ACV. Over $3000 to fix my teeth.
Not convinced about the science, but enjoy the refreshing taste when I wake up in the morning. Take 25ml ACV in 500ml water, and have done this for the last 5 years. There is an equal mix of health gurus on UA-cam - those who are for and those who are against Apple cider vinegar. Is is doing me any good - who knows. Recent blood work showed low triglycerides and TG/HDL ratio of 0.6, but this is probably due to low carb diet.
Things that are opposite can both be good for the body… like cryotherapy and heat therapy. Both are good for you. In the case of acv or alkaline water, one could be better than the other depending on a person’s particular health conditions, or the time you take it, etc. Like you definitely shouldn’t have alkaline water with or near a meal because your stomach needs to be acidic to digest your food. But acv at or near a meal is great.
Apple cider vinegar lowers blood sugars and reduces insulin resistance, So with 1 meal per day at noon eat time , 4 - 6 hours hours after eating exercise and then take acv before you go to bed to normalize blood sugars to maximize weight loss while you sleep and recover from your high intensity workout

I’ve done ACV treatment for about 6 months now and seeing the fat on my stomach and back (the most stubborn ones) melt. Doing a double take and asking my husband to confirm to make sure my mind is not playing tricks on me or just my imagination! Also, my sugar craving has disappeared! 😮 🙏

I drink plain seltzer water first to satiate my thirst (I just like seltzer water in stead of regular water).
Then I add 1 teaspoon of ACV to half a cup of seltzer water and drink that. I don’t eat for another 2-3 hours often times but I do drink a cup of coffee after 20-30 minutes if I want to. I add 1 teaspoon of cream to it or half teaspoon of butter (no sugar or milk so I can stay in ketosis).
I try to fast for 16 hours after my last meal. The combination of keto, intermittent fasting and ACV seem to work well.

People need to know that it doesn’t have to be apple cider vinegar. It’s the acetic acid in all vinegars. Red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar even plane ole vinegar if you could stomach it. Bottom line it’s the acetic acid present in vinegar.

I make something called Good Girl Moonshine and it tastes delicious! It’s 2 tablespoons of ACV, 1 tsp of ground ginger, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, splash of real vanilla extract, and stevia…put all ingredients into a quart size jar, add ice, and fill with water. Very tasty 😊

I started doing ACV and organic lemeon juice in the mornings a few years ago. So far so good. Only thing to watch is, rinse your mouth out right after doing the ACV. I have not had a cavity in decades. My dentist and I were shocked with me having 3 fairly large cavities on my last visit. I do not drink pop or eat candy often at all so, my only addition /habit change was the ACV, so be careful. Rinse rinse rinse.

Hoy, I have a serious question. I'm new to all of this, my doctor says I'm pre type two diabetic. I'm a male, 65, 6'2".a little over weight 240 pounds. With all the remedies I'm seeing, what if. What if I combine a tablespoon of Ceryan? Cinnamon, a tablespoon of turmeric, a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, a tablespoon of Olive oil in a glass of warm water with a few shakes of black pepper and drink that every morning or every night? .... What do you think?
I'm eating as healthy as I can. Three hard boiled eggs in the morning. Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries through the day. Some leafy greens with salmon and steak every night. Bio-Chemist indicates that it does not have to be ACV but that any edible vinegar that has acetic acid in it will bring the same results slowing the breakdown of carbs and sugars into glucose which decreases those glucose spikes by up to 30%. White vinegar works and is less expensive than the trendy ACV.
But the ACV has active enzymes unlike the vinegar! 😊

Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon in a cup of water) is highly acidic so NEEDS to be taken via a straw to protect teeth, or taken via a pill. Also - there should be some "off days" to give the kidneys some recovery time.
Or just neutralize it with potassium bicarbonate. Also, the kidneys should be fine with vinegar. Vinegar is what your body burns in the krebs cycle. The acidic byproducts of energy metabolism like lactate come from the steps of chopping up glucose into vinegar.

I have also heard about apple cider vinegar impacting the kidneys negatively. I can’t remember where, but I have a feeling a quick Google search will yield something on the topic.
Nevertheless, I do consume apple cider vinegar almost every day. Until now, I questioned whether it was the best thing to have first thing in the morning, but if Thomas says it’s a good time to drink it, that’s when I’m going to drink it.
I also like it with meals and after watching this video I am going to start having it at night as well .
I think the thing that we need to watch out for is the quantity. I suspect that if you are consuming more than two ounces a day per 100 pounds of body weight, you might be consuming too much of it, so if you’re going to have it in the morning and at night and with meals and in between meals, I would use it very sparingly per drink. Per 100 pounds of body weight, one full teaspoon per drink should be sufficient.

Save yourself 7 minutes the answer is first thing in the morning, mid afternoon or with dinner.

I'm always 2 pounds lighter in the morning compared to right before bed! I do take the ACV about an hour before bed.
That's due to dehydration at night.

I've been taking acv for 2 years, 2 tablespoons am and pm. I eat healthy, work out 3x a week, rarely eat more than 2 meals per day, I've stayed at 232 lbs, no weight loss. I'm 68 and 6 foot tall. Think I'll try with each meal, just to say I did.

I've found that the best way for me to get down ACV is to add equal amounts ACV and lemon juice to my electrolyte powder drink. Mine is watermelon flavor and it helps a lot to make ACV drinkable for me. 2 tbsp ACV, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 scoop watermelon Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder in 16 oz water.
What kind of ACV do you drink? Unfiltered, dark golden/brown doesn't taste bad at all just with water and after the first shock you can actually savor it like people do with alcohols or tea! Stuff has really complex flavour profile and is actually sweet-ish under the immediate acidity
I do the same with my Ultima electrolyte drink, which is lemonade flavor. I put it in 16oz of lemon water, splash of volcano lemon juice, with the acv. Tastes good, great hydration in the morning after a night of sleep.

For those that can't stomach drinking acv you can mix it with olive oil and use it as a dressing for a small salad if taking with/before a meal.
If you mix acv, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, a little fish/cod liver oil you can turn a dressing into a powerhouse.
Excellent idea. ❤ Add some cayenne pepper and cinnamon to it and it’s even better.

@@MWLynch100 theres less risk eating it with other foods than drinking it straight. the alkaline foods cut down on the acidity.
but having said that. if you are taking it straight (like i do 3x/day), make sure you dilute with a large glass of water, drink it with a straw placed _behind_ your teeth, then rinse/swallow some water afterwards.
you wont damage your teeth. and youre body will thank you.

I use lemon and ginger juice along with the ACV, 2tbsp each and mix with 12-16 oz of cold water, its delicious. All of these compounds help to break up mucus so its your body discharging excess. As a 6'1 190lb male i drink about 3L (3/4 gallon) of water a day. Stay hydrated!

Always mix with water, use a straw or drink a glass of water after you drink ACV. Wait to brush your teeth until the ACV is gone from your teeth. I had to get fillings between every single tooth from ACV. Over $3000 to fix my teeth.
I can see acetic acid neutralizing glucose. Since pickles are preserved in vinegar wouldn't eating a pickle every morning do the same thing?

Not convinced about the science, but enjoy the refreshing taste when I wake up in the morning. Take 25ml ACV in 500ml water, and have done this for the last 5 years. There is an equal mix of health gurus on UA-cam - those who are for and those who are against Apple cider vinegar. Is is doing me any good - who knows. Recent blood work showed low triglycerides and TG/HDL ratio of 0.6, but this is probably due to low carb diet.

Things that are opposite can both be good for the body… like cryotherapy and heat therapy. Both are good for you. In the case of acv or alkaline water, one could be better than the other depending on a person’s particular health conditions, or the time you take it, etc. Like you definitely shouldn’t have alkaline water with or near a meal because your stomach needs to be acidic to digest your food. But acv at or near a meal is great.
