Myo inositol did it for me after 7yrs ttc. I was booked in for ivf and a tubal scan! 2 months before my ivf was due to start I gor my bfp, no treatments needed. 4 moths on myo inositol powder was what did the trick. I've just started taking it again hoping for a secondary little miracle. Good luck to all of you who are ttc, keep strong, you can do it ❤

Go low carb (less than 20g total carbs per day)
Your cycle will be regular in about three weeks.
You'll notice huge reduction of PCOS symptoms by three months.
PCOS symptoms will be totally gone between 6 and 12 months.
I see it happen all the time in my online low-carb community.

I have PCOS I was told 20 years ago that I'll never have kids. At 38 I had my first, ended up giving birth at 28 weeks though (emergency c-section) due to severe preeclampsia. 8 months later got pregnant with my second baby but gave birth too soon she didn't make it. However I got the nexplanon & went 2 years without a cycle, gained weight drastically so I had it removed. 5 months later I had my cycle that lasted 7 months, after it finally stopped I hadn't seen a cycle since. They put me on metformin tested my hormones my cycle still didn't return. I happened to find my bottle of medroxyprogesterone & took 10mg for 5 days & low & behold my cycle came back after 7 months of no sign of it. Hopefully everything return back to normal, I think I want one more before it's too late.

    • @Hertz2laugh
      @Hertz2laugh 8 місяців тому +1

If your insulin levels are too high all the time, FSH injections will probably fail.
The fastest way to restore ovulation/fertility is to do the keto or carnivore diet for three months.
In other words, if you eat less than 20 total grams of carbohydrates per day, your fertility will return in three weeks to three months.
It's all about getting your insulin back down to normal levels and keeping it there long enough for your body to heal.
I am happy to explain more, answer questions or address concerns.
I've been eating this way for over a year now, so I'm happy to share recipes or meal plans if you're interested.

@@Hertz2laugh Can insulin levels be high even if we do not have type 2 diabetes ?

    • @Hertz2laugh
      @Hertz2laugh 8 місяців тому

      @@asianaqvi Yes.
In fact, high insulin levels are considered an early warning of Type II diabetes.
Type I diabetes is the opposite, however. A person with Type I diabetes is not capable of producing enough insulin on their own.
Type I diabetes if rare compared to Type II diabetes - most cases of diabetes are Type II diabetes which involves excessive insulin.
High insulin levels can be caused by several things:
      • Poor sleep
      • High stress/anxiety
      • Lack of exercise
      • Genetic defects
      • Certain medications
      • 📌 Eating too many carbohydrates each day
💡The most common cause of elevated insulin levels is overeating carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates turn into sugars when they are digested after being eaten.
The sugar enters the blood circulation.
The body releases insulin in order to remove the sugar from the blood (sugar is toxic if it stays in the blood).
So, the more a person eats carbohydrates, the more insulin is produced by the body.
Eventually, if a person continues to overeat carbohydrates, their insulin will become less and less effective at removing the sugar from the blood.
As the insulin becomes less and less effective, the body makes more and more insulin to try to compensate.
This is why all Type II diabetics have high insulin levels.
⭐ So, in order to reverse and heal Type II diabetes, a person must fix the source of the problem which is overeating carbohydrates.
As soon as a person stops eating too many carbohydrates per day, the body will begin to heal and return to normal.
🔑 The key to reversing diabetes in the fastest and safest way is to make sure that you are eating less than 20g of carbohydrates per day.
For some people it is a little more, for other, a little less, but, generally a 20g daily carbohydrate limit is a great place to start.
Here is a list of foods grouped by how much they raise insulin:
✅ *Eat these foods - no limit* ✅
      • Meat (unprocessed) 🍖🍗🥩🥓
      • Sea food (unprocessed) 🐟🦀🦞🦐
      • Eggs 🥚🍳
      • Butter/Ghee 🧈
      • Salt 🧂
      • Water 💧
⚠️ *Eat only very, very small portions of these foods:* ⚠️
      • Dark green vegetables 🥦🥬🥒🧄
      • Milk, cream, yogurt 🥛
❌ *Do not eat these foods:* ❌
      • Bread, rice, grains, noodles 🍞🥖🍚🍜
      • Candies, sweets, sugary drinks, alcohol 🍭🧃🍺
      • Sweet and bright vegetables 🥕🥔🌽🫑
      • Fruits, fruit juice, honey 🍇🍌🍓🍯
      • Seeds, nuts, beans 🫒🥜
      • Sweeteners (including natural and artificial
✏️ Do not restrict your calories!! Eat any time you are hungry and eat until you are very satisfied. If you restrict your calories, you will suffer without benefit.
      ⚠️ *NOTICE* ⚠️
If you try this way of eating, be aware of two things:
      1) You will probably experience sugar withdrawals for the first week or so - headaches, low energy, cravings, etc.
If you endure, you will have a breakthrough and start feeling much better.
      2) If you are on medications, you should check with your doctor every month to see when your medications need to be lowered.
Your body will be healing rapidly, so, your medications might will need to be reduced at some point.
I am happy to explain more, answer questions, or address concerns.
