Just found this video and It made me cry just knowing I am not alone. I on my journey trying to get pregnant and its so hard because no one around me has any issues or understands. My husband is so ready to be a dad but I was worrying I could not give that to him. This video gives me hope. Thank you!! ❤
10 years ago, I was rushed to hospital with severe abdominal pain. They did an internal scan and they saw SO many cysts in my ovaries. My cycles were irregular, I was underweight and was having a difficult time emotionally. I thought I just had PCOS, however I fell pregnant quickly 12 years later and have had multiple internal scans and I have NO cysts at all in my ovaries. So I think they can definitely appear in times of high stress.
😭😎 thank you for giving us hope in our PCOS journey. I have had PCOS since I was in my early 20s, I've had 10 miscarriages since then. My other half and I have been trying for 7 years. With numerous heartache and losses . But hearing your story brings so much hope that it's still possible for our rainbow baby
@Arizona Rainn 1994 thank you beautiful, I truly appreciate your prayers. This journey is very hard, I've been on some medicine to help me ovulate and still no baby? It's very depressing, I have gotten to the point of giving up. I'm 32, and I'm just getting older. I've not been in a good mental place because of it. I'm praying for you as well Arizona Rainn 1994. Thank you for sharing your story with me. I pray you get blessed with your miracle baby ❤️ thank you again for your prayers love
Thank you for this, I am 20 and I was just diagnosed with PCOS yesterday after having an ultrasound done and blood work. I have always had a regular period but I had gained 30 pounds and did not have a period for 2 months which I know for some women isn't alarming but for me it was as I never missed a period, so I scheduled an appointment to the OBGYN and thats when they told me about the cysts and drew my blood and yesterday I just got the call that I have high levels of testosterone and DHEA. The good news is after working out a few times a week and eating better I got my period a few days after my appointment. I have been trying to get pregnant July of last year and in October of last year I had a chemical pregnancy and it's been hard. I have been talking about my huge family I want that consists of 5 children and hearing this news has made me feel hopeless. Thanks to you, I am feeling less hopeless. I have lost 5 pounds since eating better and working out and I can't wait to continue my journey!
I love sharing my journey and watching other people share their journeys getting pregnant with PCOS! I know when I first started I felt so hopeless, and it was other women on UA-cam sharing their stories that really helped me and encouraged me!💕
This video was indeed needed. It gave me a lot of hope especially for a woman that’s very natural and barely takes any medicine, all your tips really give me hope. Thank you, more than you think
I needed your video today. Thank you for sharing❤️ I have just been diagnosed with PCOS and after 1 and 1/2 years of not being able to fall pregnant I saw a doctor and PCOS made so much sense! I have made changes to my diet and hopefully God will bless us. Your story gives me hope!
Im so glad it was helpful. I'm sending lots of pregnancy vibes your way 👶👶👶🌠 (It normally takes me 2 years but it took 3 years between our 3rd and 4th baby)
I just found this video and I wish I would have found it sooner. I am sobbing. I am 28 years old and just got told I have PCOS. I was unaware because I have been on birth control since I was 15. My husband and I are planning to start actively trying in the beginning of the new year. You give me so much hope, thank you. I’ve been so terrified
Hi sister I’ve been living with pcos 😰…for more than 5years now but I got rid of it naturally after using dr Omo herbal medicine his channel ua-cam.com/channels/ZJJR-LpB1SVD09hQkt1-GA.html
I'm in tears and speechless... I have never in my 35 years of life heard someone speak about PCOS like you. You are exactly what I needed this year. I cannot thank you enough for sharing. Even the deep breathing. Not silly. Insomnia anxiety and depression and PCOS is not fun. Sleep is very important. And I quickly saw you cloth diaper baby wear nurse and tattoo!?!? Ok I'm sold SUBSCRIBED. Prepared to binge!! Thank you so so so so much for sharing your amazing story!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh my gosh, I was losing hope. We've been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now, and the doctor said I just need to lose weight. I've been losing motivation, but having your testimony that you get preggy in a certain weight gave me hope that that might be the case for me as well and a newfound motivation to keep on trying to lose weight 🥹 Thank you for your video ✨️ It's inspiring 🪷

I learned I have PCOS a year ago and I'm just now starting out on my journey to have baby #2 (I somehow had the first completely unintentionally, don't know if I'll get so lucky again). I meet with my doctor this evening to discuss my options, and this video helped a lot

Thank you for sharing ❤😢 was diagnosed with PCOS after our miscarriage in 2019 and until now still not able to conceive. It’s been hard and still trying to be positive 😢
😭😎. I was dx 22 years ago. I was told at the age of 22 that If I wanted children to try over the next 6 months because the longer I wait, it would be impossible. Thank you for sharing your story.
They told my sister she couldn't have kids but I told her to workout. She is 36 years of age workout for a few weeks and ended up pregnant. She just found she is 32 weeks. She didn't know she was pregnant because pcos. She was scheduled for a hysterectomy and found out she was pregnant.
I’m so sorry it didn’t work. I’m 33 with PCOS and had a miscarriage at 5wks 6days. It hurt so much because it was my first time getting pregnant and I even got to see the heartbeat and then later that day it was gone. Sending you lots of positivity and baby dust ✨
Thank you for all you information you provided. I feel very lucky to have stumbled across your channel. I am now a subscriber. Everything you talked about was really helpful. I didn’t know you could still ovulate without a period. I have PCOS and am having a hard time getting pregnant. My husband and I have been trying for a while now. I am about to turn 38 on September 28th. I would love to be a Mom by the time I am 40. I know my clock is ticking. I would love to win the PCOS book that you talked about. 😭😎 I would appreciate all the help I can get on my trying to conceive journey. Baby Dust to Everyone!
Hi Momma, I've just found you & subscribed. I am absolutely amazed that you managed to become pregnant not just once but 5 beautiful times, congratulations you must be so content & so so happy that you got your babies finally, I am so happy for you. My only wish is that I was younger & could also have my family. Long - story short I was 14 or 15 at the time when my periods went weird then very irregular then I thought I had went through early menopause, (mood swings were very very bad when I think back I must have been a nightmare to live with ) I had been to see a gynecologist when I was 23 told I had a hormone imbalance put on pills to bring my oestrogen up they worked for about 6 months then my periods completely stopped I was 27years old I was then diagnosed at the age of 42 that I had pcos then I felt I had just died my hopes were obliterated so much heartache, tears & no one to talk to plus no one ever really explained what pcos was just told that you cannot have children. I like you always wanted a large family as I love children & yearned to be a mother. About 6 years ago I found a book & this particular doctor helped a woman in her 50's have a healthy baby one of the ingredients that a woman needs in order to kick start her periods again is Fennel, the name of the book is Dr Naram Ancient Secrets of a Master Healer ( he is also on UA-cam just type in Dr Naram) although sadly passed but his content is still available & it was Dr Clint E Rogers who met & wrote this book, information directly from Dr Naram) he gives you a list of ingredients to take & says even if you have been through menopause you can restart your period & get pregnant. I can honestly say fennel definitely works as of September 2017 I had a period that was my 1st in 20 years I was gobsmacked all because I ate fennel & a few other things. There is also a recipe for mungbean soup to lose weight. I just wanted to say a big thank you for making this video as it gives woman hope back, explains what pcos is & help to get pregnant. Funny thing is from 2017 I am again having periods & they are more regular than they ever were amazing.
@@ndimebele6546 hi I will look up the recipe that Dr Naram gave to this 50 year old Italian woman who became pregnant & a mother for the first time, I will link it in here to you later on & post the mung bean soup recipe but I would definitely recommend you purchase the book, I got it in PDF but then bought the actual paperback as there is so much more to it.
@@allisumskye Ok thank you I will like to purchase the main book, some of the ingredients I am wondering where to get them or are they listed in English?

The best way to be good and say bye bye to pcos 💕💕 You have to eat healthy food low carbs ( complex carb) please stay away from simple carbs it's the reason.. Or do keto diet it's amazing its solving problems with pcos And drink water from 2-3 L every single day Sleep at night 🌙 6-8 hours Don't forget workouts 💪 4-5 times per /week Take supplement like Vitamin D- B12- omega 3- magnesium etc And relaxing stay calm down nothing deserves your mad ❤
You explained my story to a T. Momma bear to 3 kiddos. 1st and 2nd kids didn't know I was pregnant until I was 4 months. 3rd kid I lost 45 lbs and knew right away.
I have pcos , and the doctors just prescribed me Metofotmin but I don’t know if I want to take this medication. I hope I can go naturally. My period is irregular, & I thought you always needed to have a period to get pregnant . Thanks for the information
I have normal and regular periods. I have two children and ive had 2 miscarriages after the two kids. I went to a fertility specialist whi recommended some test. One showed that I had hormonal inbalance. I've taken myo-Inositol for a month and now I'm getting a pinkish discharge that is unpleasant. I don't understand.

I suffer from PCOS since 2007 and I still have PCOS and I had 4 miscarriages and not fair but I am trying my hardest get pregnant and to stay pregnant until full term when it time give birth.... Thank you for this video...
Have your progesterone levels checked also your considered high risk if you can only hold a baby only to a certain point. Maybe your cervix is incompetent meaning it’s to weak to hold a baby’s weight to a point. Ask your doctors about getting a cerclage at 12 to 14 weeks gestation. Just a suggestion

Wow thanks for the video. Our first two babies were so easy to get but trying for baby 3 has been SO HARD and I was diagnosed with PCOS basically in January it’s minor but still there a bit, in my case it’s high estrogen and possible a uterine polyp (also small). We are still trying to keep everything natural tho and hope for the best. My dreams of having a big family are still so strong. Grateful for my two babies but praying God will bless us with another pregnancy. Any tips would be helpful - that book looks good 😊 I def need to check that out. I think for me too it was the weight gain during covid - but I joined the gym again just 3 months ago and it’s been helping release stress and built up toxins. Exercise is so important. And yes Starbucks is a beast, and all coffee shops. My thing is chai tea and I am trying to slowly wean myself from that and do more green teas. It’s hard. Always watching my Sugar intact tho.
Same! I feel really bad whenever talking about it b/c there are lots of families that haven't been blessed with 1 child and I'm complaining about having a hard time have MORE children. Our first 1 born was also easy but our prior miscarriage set everything up for success right after so 🤷♀️. But anyway, yea I have a hard time being motivated to actually workout so the amino energy supplement reeeeeeally is my magic potion. Pregnancy dust right back at you! ❤❤❤
I'm also suffering from pco for the last 7 years.... Now I got married for 2 years.... I go to hospital doctor give me tablet when I take medice atthat time period came continuing like this not conceived
😭😎- I’m late but hopefully I will win a book eventually! I just subscribed and I have pcos and it’s been such a devastating journey.. was diagnosed in 2017 but my Husband and I have had no luck with getting pregnant.. I’m working on getting my body in a routine and fueling it with things it needs and not things I necessarily want! 😊
@@charlotteoforiappau9515 I would talk to your doctor about clomid I just conceived on clomid but unfortunately I lost that pregnancy.. But definitely talk to your dr and advocate for yourself! A lot of dr will just disregard you but advocating for yourself and standing up for yourself will get you further.
You made my day I have PCOS and the story behind finding out and how I have been dealing with it thank you because my first doctor scared me with oh you have PCOS it's okay, take birth control ugh 😫 helped for 5 months 😅 then I tried things on my own
😭😎 Is the book giveaway still on? 😭😎 Very motivational. Been trying for a few years. You are absolutely right.. on the you dont have to bleed part lmao, I didnt even realize I was ovulating, it felt like I was on a period but no blood?! Also, when I am at a certain weight I bleed monthly? But when i gain weight its m.i.a, so frustrating lol. But thank you, taking notes and applying to my own. P. S cookiesssss! a weakness😭😎
Pls help me with your tips. I am unmarried age 22. Weight 42 kg height 5'3"+. 21 days ago i have diagnosed with pcos. Both ovaries enlarged. I am lean pcos patient. What can i do for reverse my pcos.i have no thyroid diabetes. It has been tested ❤
I believe everything you said I drank pink stork tea and ovasitol in 2021 and got pregnant and I did get the candy fertility but I don't remember the name
How do I find the root cause? I’m not overweight. I have a higher testosterone even though it’s in rage. I have facial hair. I advocated for more blood tests after having a miscarriage. We finally got pregnant after a year. And I just saw I have high androgens - AMH of 8.40…
The cruddy part about finding the root cause is its all about trial and error. There isn't a special formula for it but the PCOS nutritionist podcast is filled with a gold mine of information and guidance.
I'm living with PCOS n it hard on me everytime I get pregnant I is end up getting miscarriage at 6months wa can I do n do PCOS cause belly pain Bez I do get alot of tht
When you said you can get pregnant once you’re under a certain weight that really hit me. When I was diagnosed with pcos my symptoms were very mild and got periods every month/ovulating. I got pregnant immediately and 4 years later I gained 40 pounds. I didn’t gain any weight during pregnancy btw. Anywho I only got periods 2/3 times a year in those last 3 years. Now I lost 20 pounds and I got my period NATURALLY. I am going to try losing another 20 before trying again.
Optimum Nutrition (is the brand) Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy is the exact name. There is another one that is Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy With Electrolytes (don't get that one. It'll make you poofy) I have the exact one linked in my Amazon Store Front under the list: PCOS. affiliate link is in my bio
can i ask you something? twice my ob has seen a “cyst” on my left ovary, i’ve had blood panels done and they came back normal they said, and they keep telling me they can’t find anything wrong with me. my bf and i have been trying for so long almost two years now, i’ve had multiple chemical pregnancies/miscarries. im lost in the woods at this point, part of me feels like my doctor is lying or not caring enough to look into it, could that cyst be pcos?? i don’t think it’s there anymore tho.
Probably!!! My ultrasound tech is the one that told me I had "cysts" on my ovaries but then explained "they're not actually cysts. They're leftover eggs but thats just what we call them. You don't get a period do you? When you do get one, they should go away". 🤯 You should give the PCOS nutritionist a listen and see what she suggests. You might just dang well have PCOS.

Funny thing is from 2017 I am again having periods & they are more regular than they ever were amazing.
wow. My jaw dropped at almost every sentence. Your story is amazing and inspiring
I will like to know more about Dr Naram treatment
@@ndimebele6546 hi I will look up the recipe that Dr Naram gave to this 50 year old Italian woman who became pregnant & a mother for the first time, I will link it in here to you later on & post the mung bean soup recipe but I would definitely recommend you purchase the book, I got it in PDF but then bought the actual paperback as there is so much more to it.
@@allisumskye Ok thank you I will like to purchase the main book, some of the ingredients I am wondering where to get them or are they listed in English?

You explained my story to a T. Momma bear to 3 kiddos. 1st and 2nd kids didn't know I was pregnant until I was 4 months. 3rd kid I lost 45 lbs and knew right away.

😭😎 I’m really hoping to get that book ..
Thank you for giving me hope. I was diagnosed today. They recommended IVF and that doesn't resonate for me

Hi! Did you take anything during the first trimester, like Metformin or progesterone?
I suffer from PCOS since 2007 and I still have PCOS and I had 4 miscarriages and not fair but I am trying my hardest get pregnant and to stay pregnant until full term when it time give birth.... Thank you for this video...
I have a solution and it 100% natural, you would thank me later.. God been using this product to bless people.. it's called a miraculous product
@@jeffrey8208 ok..
Don't try. Accept the fact that you can't get pregnant. Live your life travel. Exercise. And you will get pregnant.
Best of luck 🙏
Where can I get the book 📖
I don't understand how do you get pregnant without bleeding
bleeding is passing that old egg. So when you dont have a bleed then you just have a bunch of old eggs sitting on your ovaries.
Hi! Im just wondering what drink specifically were you taking!?
It's called Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy (not the one with electrolytes.)

It’s hard. Always watching my
Sugar intact tho.
What was the amino acid that she said to buy 🤔
How did you deal with facial hair....
Thank you for sharing!!
This gave me so much hope. How did you track ovulation?
I didn't. I wasn't even at that point yet. I was still trying to just get my body out of fight or flight mode
Listening to you talk about your journey made me feel less lonely. Thank you so much. I don't know why I'm tearing up. I have hope for myself.
Bless you bless you bless you. Thank you so much for this video.

You made my day I have PCOS and the story behind finding out and how I have been dealing with it thank you because my first doctor scared me with oh you have PCOS it's okay, take birth control ugh 😫 helped for 5 months 😅 then I tried things on my own
And that's what's so annoying, birth control helps you get a monthly bleed but it doesn't mean you're ovulating.
@@TheTattooedMommaOfficial right and then they look at you like oh that's what you wanted
😭😎 Is the book giveaway still on? 😭😎
Very motivational.
How do I get such information because am in Uganda facing the same issue.

Question, how did you get rid of the facial hair?
I believe everything you said I drank pink stork tea and ovasitol in 2021 and got pregnant and I did get the candy fertility but I don't remember the name
😎Thanx for dis spirit lifting video, I can Atleast ve a good night rest tonight, subscribing immediately... Love u
This is beautiful
I am in love with the baby😘😘😘😘
That’s interesting how much weight did you have to lose from your set weight/typical weight before getting pregnant?
I lost 15 pounds.
Why I can’t find the dietitian podcast link ?
It looks like all the links were removed by UA-cam.

I'm living with PCOS n it hard on me everytime I get pregnant I is end up getting miscarriage at 6months wa can I do n do PCOS cause belly pain Bez I do get alot of tht
I’m so sorry 😞🙏
When you said you can get pregnant once you’re under a certain weight that really hit me. When I was diagnosed with pcos my symptoms were very mild and got periods every month/ovulating. I got pregnant immediately and 4 years later I gained 40 pounds. I didn’t gain any weight during pregnancy btw. Anywho I only got periods 2/3 times a year in those last 3 years. Now I lost 20 pounds and I got my period NATURALLY. I am going to try losing another 20 before trying again.
❤ That is so crazy. It's astonishing how our bodies can shut off and just pick right back up.

can i ask you something? twice my ob has seen a “cyst” on my left ovary, i’ve had blood panels done and they came back normal they said, and they keep telling me they can’t find anything wrong with me. my bf and i have been trying for so long almost two years now, i’ve had multiple chemical pregnancies/miscarries. im lost in the woods at this point, part of me feels like my doctor is lying or not caring enough to look into it, could that cyst be pcos?? i don’t think it’s there anymore tho.
Probably!!! My ultrasound tech is the one that told me I had "cysts" on my ovaries but then explained "they're not actually cysts. They're leftover eggs but thats just what we call them. You don't get a period do you? When you do get one, they should go away". 🤯
You should give the PCOS nutritionist a listen and see what she suggests. You might just dang well have PCOS.
