It's pure gold and most certainly one of the best now available, especially at it's price, though still high for most dreamers. The KalibrGun Cricket II Tactical is a peach too at around same price! It's about time the air gun industry delivered some more exciting & amazing offerings at lower prices!
I've watched your channel for a fair few years now , I have to say you review your rifles exactly how a rifle should be reviewed , you give us a very good look over the entire rifle offering your first impressions and opinions , then you give follow up videos showing how you are getting on with each rifle and if problems arise your viewers find out with you , PCP rifles ( especially new to market and newly designed ones) they can be a nightmare , So to see you do longer term reviews over a number of videos is priceless information in my opinion ,keep it up my friend .
Looks excellent, and great review. Looking forward to its target test. I have one of the very early Brocock Compatto in .22 Cal. Very reliable and consistent even though it’s non-regulated. This does look like a competitor against AGT, Airmaks and FX and certainly cheaper than two of these three. What I look for in any airgun is it to be accurate, consistent (around 10 FPS over a full magazine and long term reliability. If the Ghost can achieve all these three, then it will be a big winner.👍🇬🇧
Enjoyed your honest opinion i had a delta wolf.177 I found the Mags jam with lighter pellets also Mag would not load from left side,my went back with other issues.l am put off daystate products for like due to how they treated me, but did enjoy your video 👍
The mags are not as good as the original Daystate mags . Shame you have been put off as this Ghost is superb and i must admit i prefer a mechanical rifle as the less to go wrong the better .
thanks for Mark had the sniper xr sub 12 did enjoy the gun super Accurate to had it for a 6 month s got some money back on it but will probably buy this one in the new year just made very well its this or uragan 2 but think 🤔 this is the best way to go for me great video as all ways 👍🏼
Well so far its been faultless, i set the Wraith up today on it only at 23 yards as thats all i have at home but literally a full mag through the same hole ,not even a group but same hole . I even checked to see they were not going way off it was so tight . This weekend im out night shooting with it so cant wait
Great review. I think they don't put a rail on for off hand shooting. That's what bullpups were made for. I use a clip on extender on my FX so I can still shoot off hand with comfort.
Im waiting to hear the price but I love the short tacticool look. Only ever had one brocock which was the TAC fox so not really much to go off. I've been studying a maverick but thinking but i want the carbon fibre bottle at the basicmodel price. This looks ace.
It’s in heavily competitive company at the price point, Airmaks AGT, RTI etc? I wouldn’t put a bipod onto any compact lightweight rifle, spoils the balance and looks and shouldn’t be necessary. Great review thanks!
Tell you what would be great on that rifle from my days as a soldier with the LSW version of the SA80 being my personal weapon, one of those straight drop down hand grips mounted behind the pistol grip to aid pulling it into the shoulder for stability when shooting off a bipod.
Excellent video but does anyone know why it’s compulsory ti put gauges more or less upside down on expensive guns !!!! Because I don’t have a clue so so frustrating.
the guns in the range are BRK Ghost Carbine and BRK Ghost Plus and BRK Ghost HP. The ghost plus isn't called the BRK Ghost Carbine Plus which is what you kept calling it. Just thought i would let you know.👍
The best review of this gun that I've seen and watched, well done! Already looking forward to the next installment. I'd also be interested to know how it compares to the Uragan Compact you owned?
Difficult call that as the Uragan was a very very competent rifle well made and accurate . On price the BRK GHOST wins as its a couple hundred quid cheaper and seems to perform just as well ,i also prefer the solid one piece monocoque chassis on the Ghost ,but both are very very good rifles
Do you think low or medium mounts would be useable please? My only gripe is how high the scope is from the barrel on most bullpups otherwise you have to squash your face down into the cheekpiece.
Im certainly getting the extended bottom rail when they go on sale ,and possibly the biathlon lever. I dont think the Alpha wolf stock will fit because its cut for the blocky electronic part of the Alpha
Both look excellent, for me the new valve ,huma reg and adjustable trigger without needing to remove a plate to access linkages and the one piece solid chassis make the Ghost my choice but i dont think either will dissapoint
Why not a Airmaks Katran c? A lot cheaper, but also very capable. Super trigger, high cap magazine, anti double feed ect. I have my Katran B for a year now and it is a keeper.
Paul can I ask you honestly why you got rid of this Ghost PCP because I see such amazing accuracy in FAC version and I hear amazing things about this gun.
@fieldsportcymru4636 thanks Paul I figured that but wanted to make sure buddy. Every video I see on the Ghost is unbelievable accuracy in 12 FP and FAC. In my opinion the FX Impact don't compare to the Ghost at all, my next PCP is gonna be the Ghost or the Cricket Tactical in 22 because I always had 25 caliber and never 22 and 22 is better they say for finding slugs and that's what I want a gun that will shoot slugs and pellets because I've owned 3 Edguns, one Leshyi Classic one R3M and a Leyla 2.0 and none of them shot slugs accurately and that aggravates me because all 3 of them guns aren't cheap.
I think I've decided on the ghost after Xmas, all most everything I want in bullpup, do you know if the scope rail can be taken compelety taken off and it it standard dovetail. Thanks
I really like the styling however I can't tell without having the actual rifle in front of me if the bottle actualy interferes with things being fitted to those picattiny rails on the sides. Little niggle I know but I'm thinking of my little brick shaped laser range finder. I also really like that you can quickly access the barrel for removal and changing which is a good thing because it's quite exposed to the weather yet would be a pain to access through the holes in sides of that chassis. I love the style of that side lever.
The hammer will be light and the spring will be weak as the valve is a assisted valve closed with air from the barrel so doesn't need such a heavy hammer and hammer spring RTI prophet 2 has the same Style
Here it's just a more expensive copy of the Impact with less features. Besides this, any issues have to be addressed by the factory since there's no national distributor here. Exporting firearms back and forth outside the EU is a hassle. I presume it will be an UK model only. Otherwise an excellent review. Great job!
They probably do but im just cautious plus i never need anywhere near the massive shot count so its better for me to avoid strain on seals etc by filling a little bit less
@@fieldsportcymru4636 So why dont you enlighten me, tell me why it makes sense to spend over a Grand on a pellet gun when you can get a real rifle for less especially here in the US.
Because no one wants to spend thousands moving to America to buy a real! Gun 🤦🏼♂️ we can get rifles here as well some people don’t want to waste there time going through the license to get one and when it come to pest control in the uk you don’t need a .308 Lupa to take a rat out 😂
lovely gun a couple of niggles, why can't they keep it the same shade of black at the butt end i know it;s probably too different materials, and i'm put off with a lot of bullpups because of the high scope rail i like to keep my scope close to the barrel
Not as good as fx m3. I have both. The pellet cartridges are twice that of the fx. . They tried to copy impact m3. Shot count is no where near fx per fill. It's ok but not a m3
It's pure gold and most certainly one of the best now available, especially at it's price, though still high for most dreamers.

This would hugely reduce the margins the manufacturer, distributor and RFD make. Think - customer price £1,500 ...... manufacturing cost £750.
Beautiful air rifle with well described! Thank you!

Nice gun. I prefer ghost over impact. Ghost has a very nice chassis cover all the components.

Very informative and helpful review, confirming my decision to purchase the "Ghost".

Its a cracking rifle one of the very best ive had
Best review I've seen.
Enough said. 👍
One of the easiest airguns to convert to high power or FAC.
Great reviews maté subscribe, could never afford this gin 😢,enjoy your new gun buddy 👊
I own a Daystate and I own Brocock, I like the Brocock more and I think it handles better and has more accuracy, even though they are both great

no fill pressure on the gun only. in manual
Great video. Looking to buy one of these. Anyone had any issues.
Which would u say was most accurate this or katran
Do you think low or medium mounts would be useable please?
My only gripe is how high the scope is from the barrel on most bullpups otherwise you have to squash your face down into the cheekpiece.
I'll take it that's a no then?🤷
Are you going to get the prs kit for it ? With it being so similar to the delta wolf would the alpha wolf stock fit ?
Im certainly getting the extended bottom rail when they go on sale ,and possibly the biathlon lever. I dont think the Alpha wolf stock will fit because its cut for the blocky electronic part of the Alpha
Great review thank you. Can’t wait for part 2!
I’m currently weighing up a ghost or an Airmaks Krait. Do you have any thoughts on which?
Both look excellent, for me the new valve ,huma reg and adjustable trigger without needing to remove a plate to access linkages and the one piece solid chassis make the Ghost my choice but i dont think either will dissapoint
Thank you. Really appreciate the straight answer 🙏

Do not get the KRAIT.
The regs are no good.
They're on Version 4 of the replacement regs.
Another excellent review. Thank you.
Which are the best pellets to use for the Brk Ghost? 🤔
I use JSB EXACTS and they give very good results
What a great looking rifle where can I order one in Australia.
Not sure to be honest
Paul can I ask you honestly why you got rid of this Ghost PCP because I see such amazing accuracy in FAC version and I hear amazing things about this gun.
It was utterly superb. However to buy new equipment guns ,knives etc i must ,sadly sell on other stuff . I wish i didnt have too

Does the Airforceone Adras bipod fit the Brk Ghost well? 🤔
Yes it will fit i think
I think I've decided on the ghost after Xmas, all most everything I want in bullpup, do you know if the scope rail can be taken compelety taken off and it it standard dovetail. Thanks
Yes just remove the cheekpiece by sliding it off the end of the rail then the scope rail likewise. I think its standard dovetail it slides onto yes .

Maybe my OCD is kicking in but if you are paying 1500 for a rifle surely the fill gauge could be the right way round.
Your right ive never understood why on so many rifles the gauges are facing all directions

No its available in the USA with a .30 cal 100 foot pounds version apparently, more reliable than an impact with less faffing about to get it right
Well this comment didn't age well..
And the impact is possibly the worst rifle to come out of FX.
With a name like ghost it wants to be quiet
Is there a bigger bottle version ?
Yes their is
Maybe 2nd rate when it comes to furniture but definitely not 2nd rate in the meat and potatoes.
That's a little frustrating you pay all that money for a quality rifle and they kind of cheese out and give you one magazine
And the mag doesn't projet above the top hmm.
Im not a great fan of these types of gun but it has to be said that does look the business 👍
What's the price?
Uk about 1450
Good
Very very good
@@fieldsportcymru4636 money ?

Daystate meets fx impact
Do they make an FAC in that size?
I think they do yes
Always makes me laugh when testers ignore the manufacturers fill pressure recommendations and fill to a lower level, surely the makers know best?
They probably do but im just cautious plus i never need anywhere near the massive shot count so its better for me to avoid strain on seals etc by filling a little bit less
All PCP rifles of £1000 and above should come with a decent hard case like this .
Correct the title to "B" RK and you might get more hits. Thanks for your review.

How much this
About 1400 uk pounds

£150 for extended rail. 😡
