      i LOVED the video, but in the exact same way can i show a scene where, in both you work 8-6, then instead of having free time because you, say, don't have to cook, instead you spend 1-1.5 hours cooking and all you have time for is to go to bed until the next day. the 'bad' side will de-compress by scrolling or doing something useless haha

      I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

    I don't know how to express it, but it's such a shock to see myself in the picture on the right: I'm literally like that, even if I try to make an effort to turn off the phone at bedtime, but otherwise it's literally me.
    I'm like this in front of my computer, set my alarm clock back, don't go out for fresh air when I clearly need to, eat too much and then feel bad when I look in the mirror.
    It's really a wake-up call, tomorrow I won't be like this.

    I’m learning Java, and lately, I’ve encountered the same problem as this girl. At first, I was so eager to jump out of bed, start coding, and dive into a new topic. But by the fifth month of studying, my brain started signaling that it’s all taking too long and feels boring, and the results seem so far away. I began waking up and scrolling through my phone, which put me in a bad mood, and then I didn’t feel like doing anything for the rest of the day. Thank you for this video. It didn’t come to me by chance. It means the universe is giving me a sign-keep moving forward! It will be hard, it will be tough, but it’s worth it! Thank you, cute girl!

      The way you start your day is literally a 90% indication of how your day is gonna go. I’ve laid awake in bed before my alarm went off, sometimes quite depressed with bad thoughts, but as soon as I hopped out of bed and took a cold shower, my day became amazing. Whereas the days when I listened to those depressive thoughts and skipped my alarm, those days ended up horrible. Harnessing all your energy and willpower to JUST own that ONE moment you know you should get up and GO, can change everything.

    i’m not saying this to make myself feel i’m on top of anyone else, but just feeling proud of myself for how much i have changed over time.

Sometimes it makes more sense to do workout later in the day, or replace journaling with meditation/drawing/you name it. Sometimes you have to spend hours driving, or your job requires physical labor. It is also important to spend time with our loved ones. All of this doesn't make you or your day worse. Adjust routine for your life and don't give up.

    I hit $112k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject.

    It's not always about motivation or choice, I understand what you're trying to portrait here but I have ADHD and I don't chose to spend hours procrastinating. I try to force myself to focus but it's not that easy, even if I'm not on my phone and I sit in front of my pc to get work done, my brain just won't let me focus doesn't matter how much I want to.

    Let me start by saying I enjoyed this short film & I believe it's an honest perspective. And, I honestly wish this was motivating for a mind like mine, but unfortunately it isn't. It's a truthful viewpoint, however, and there are also people outside of this target group who have ADHD and/or depression and/or overwhelm, like myself; I often start as the girl on the left but end like the one on the right. I know theoretically what I should be doing, but oftentimes negative self talk will have me overthink, or, a certain task seems so daunting that avoidance just seems the better option. I sometimes start great, but like a dog that sees a squirrel, my attn goes into so many directions at the drop of a dime; I may start a task but don't finish. There are so many variables but not a cookie cutter approach. I truly wish it were this simple for a divergent, depressed, negative mindset 😅 like so many who may come across this vid. With all honesty, there are so many YT gurus with great advice, it's just doesn't always work for everyone's situation; it's never foolproof.

    • @embaggins
      @embaggins 2 дні тому +1

      agree tbh, this video is good and i totally understand what she's trying to portray - it will absolutely work for some people. but unfortunately it's definitely more in line with neurotypical people, and not necessarily those with depression/anxiety/adhd etc
      alas it's kinda impossible to make something that caters to everyone, and she's done a great job with portraying the things that work for her - plus it will def work for many others too, so at least there is that 😌

    Super powerful....and 95% of the time, I am the girl on the right...wasting my time when waking up, on the reels, not going out or exercising, just passing through the day so I can then watch the reels at night again before bed..next time I reach for the stupid phone, I'll think of the girl on the left, and how in 10 mins of watching reels, breakfast could already be ready and at least some yoga or stretching could be started to ensure the right start to the day! Thank you for making this video!

    Amazing video Anna!! I have been in a rut for about two months. I have been doing less than the bare minimum every day and I feel the stress on my body. I don’t eat breakfast I skip lunch and then binge at dinner. At night I haven’t been washing my face and maybe brush my teeth but in the morning I take a shower and do my skin care and come to work fresh and looking put together but with no breakfast or lunch. Sometimes I forget a jacket on purpose because I feel like I deserve to be cold walking from my car into work. I don’t like these feelings and feeling like I am destroying myself. I have a great job I just got a new promotion I’ve always wanted in July so I don’t know why I am declining in taking care of myself. I am a clean freak but I don’t have the want to clean my spaces and then I don’t feel like washing my face cause my bathroom is dirty. I don’t know how to get out of this cycle. Tonight I created a night routine on a super cute piece of paper with designs and cute stuff and I printed it out and laminated it I hope it helps me has anyone else felt this way?

    • @Kaymitlit
      @Kaymitlit 5 днів тому

      Maybe try to clean one tiny thing at the time and then the motivation will build up. For your coat maybe put it directly in the car and try to journal why you could have the want to « punish » yourself by getting in the cold maybe because you know you can do better and you are not happy about that ? Hope this help wishing you the best ✌🏾💖

    Owning that ONE moment as soon as your alarm goes off, can literally change your life. You just have to harness all the willpower you have and GO: Hop in that (cold) shower, do a gratitude exercise or meditation, do some journaling and set some goals for the day. Owning those first moments of your day is everything. It can literally end up making the difference between a happy and fulfilling life, or one of depression and poor (mental) health.
    We are all blessed to be alive! Our struggles aren’t here to break us, but to make us. Make the most of it fellow warriors!
