We're currently house hunting and Prosper is one of the areas we are looking into, but I just can't get over the home prices. It's insane. Just 4 years ago many of these homes would have been under $380K and 8 years ago many ranged from $225-350.
Now almost everything is above $400k and you don't necessarily get a large home, lot or space from neighbors unless u go into the $600k+ range.
Weirdly enough the first house is my favorite... but I will say that kitchen of the 3rd house is to die for 😍
It’s a blessing to live a house that cost that much. Mine in Ala $185k . I thank God for it.

The master bath in the $800k home is much too small. The master closet in that home, however, is stunning.

the house in Dallas especially Plano, Frisco, and Prosper area are SOO big nice and new. BUT lots are SO small and over crowded with no views. Just my opinion.

Each home had its own pros and cons . I loved the coziness of house one i liked the kitchen of house 2, loved the appliances in house along with the kitchen sink. I didn’t care for the large glass pendent lights over the kitchen island i like the pendant lights in i think it was house 2 . Fell in love with the bathroom of house 3 and the large laundry area. The closet wasn’t my thing in any of the homes especially home 3. I wouldn’t know what to do with all those shelves. 🤷🏽♀️
I like the interior of the 2nd house, but the exterior of the 3rd. If I had to choose, I would pick house #2.

Each touts a "chiefs kitchen, but none have a pot filler over the cook top. Wish they'd shown all of the bedrooms not just two

Not one of them worth the money to me, not a swimming pool in the tiny backyards, but I guess that’s new Construction , I am accustomed to the midwest lavish space😟

Not impressed with the 3rd house. Much too small especially for texas. You can take that money somewhere and get a way bigger house for 860k + in texas
