Personally, I prefer to not have to go through a bathroom to get to the closet. Our home was originally designed have to go through the ensuite to get to the closet, but I found a way that a few walls could be rearranged to allow for separate entry to both. Our builder accommodated us with this, and in fact, made a change to build others of our floor plan the same. I love the kitchen in this, but would skip that second sink on the island in a heartbeat. I just love having a big uninterrupted space there. I'm so glad that there is a window over the main sink. $1.1M is insanely cheap for a new build of this magnitude. Check out what 1.1 will get you in Seattle/ King county area in WA. NOT THIS!

That’s fair enough! It looks like most of the home designs have that in common these days here with large homebuilders. It’s always great to go to a custom builder who can design homes to your liking! I appreciate the solid feedback and thank you for the continued support 🙏🏼

Almost every master bathroom/closet is built this way. It makes sense to shower/go to the closet.

@@JospehTube Makes no sense to me to have to go through one room to get to another.. I don't want humidity from the bathroom getting into the closet, and I don't want to be blocked from getting to the closet because someone is using the bathroom. My closet is very close to the bathroom,, just a few steps away, and I can easily get there from the bathroom.

The curb appeal and grandeur of the property and outside of house is outstanding!! It evokes attention and statement of, “come in and see me!” Love the floating cabinetry/counters!! Overall look of quality materials!! Open space, YES!! Great tour. Thanks for sharing!! Take care!!

Beautiful home, but I do not like having to go through the bathroom to get to the closet personally. I also love a water closet for master bathrooms or any shared rooms.

It's nice, I would take it. The kitchen/dining area is a little tight compared to other homes you show. The lighting under the bathroom cabinets is winning all day. I don't mind the closet connected to the bathroom unless you're sharing a bathroom. The upstairs really pulls in the win for me. I like the way each room is in a separate corner so each child could have their own space. That backyard is winning; even though I like grass, I don't want to cut it. Just curious, could you put solar panels on that roof?

    • @housetoursinternational

    Beautiful home.

Interesting perspective! What about if you did a 15 year mortgage and payed it off in 7? It may be hard for people to rent until they save $1,000,000+ in cash.

This is a beautiful home. Got to admit though, I am concerned about the placement of several of the doors that open out into a small space (for instance the closet door and the bathroom door that essentially have the same swing space).

Another one!!! Great job, great showing!! I am not a fan of open concept. I like the layout and high ceilings, tons of natural light throughout. I like the layout of the primary bath. My critiques would be, I prefer his/her closets in the primary. Ya lost me with a formal dinning that is not connected to the kitchen (it's a serious design flaw and I would NEVER Purchase such a home out of concern for resale value)... Again, great job/showing!

Very solid point about the dining room. Making it simple to bring dinner from the kitchen to the formal dining room with ease is important to many! Great feedback 🙏🏼

So many of these houses are beautiful but then you and all the other people giving tours keep saying what beautiful light fixtures and to be honest most of them are gawd awful ugly light fixtures. Like on this house you walk in the front door, and you said, beautiful candle chandler. I'm sorry is it the 1700 hundreds again? Those light fixtures are so cheap and ugly, it's the builder trying to save some money. It's a huge turn off.
