very nice home, liked everything except the dual staircase....love one curved staircase and the extra floor space in the entrance hall for a coat closet and a big piece of furniture
The dual staircase took up too much space. Staging always makes new homes look great. But in my opinion the house looks like it has a lot of small rooms.
I pass thru here several nights a week. You have to go back and film at night. The lighting is amazeBALLS!!! This property is amazing, but I am surprised at some of the space planning. That is just a love seat in the living room, and it seems really tight jammed smack against the dining table. At this price point, I would expect a more spacious area.
That’s a beautiful home, hints of a French chateau with every modern nuance and amenity. I just didn’t like the entrance, made the squeeze through too narrow and no room for any table or seating. I’d redesign that one feature, or at least, create a pair of cozy nooks under each staircase with hideaway seating, closets, built-ins, and mood lighting. And those nooks would be open on both sides leading to the adjacent spaces. That would be the easiest way to fix it. I’d also convert that semi-detached “lifestyle space to a garage, in order to keep the open living space next to the great room/kitchen inside the main house. Then I’d convert the guest bedroom on the main floor to an adjunct home office connected to the other one.
Wow every time I see a main floor masters it’s so tiny! Small home for a huge price lol great room was so small and cramped I almost missed it … good showing though
That would be hard but no impossible... 98% of newer homes (Last 10-15 years) have the primary bedrooms down. The newest trend ( last 2-3 yers) has been primary and 1 secondary bedroom down and the rest on the 2nd level.... I've seen a few homes with all the bedrooms up on the 2nd floor. Those tend to be homes built on 40-45 foot wide lots.
the kitchen is quite nice, but you see that style quartz everywhere that you go, and the two tone woodwork will be out next month. the exterior looks great though.
I love the entry i love the two stairs i love this floorplan i realy love the kitchen i love the two tone i love this amazing backyard and the living room this home is so spaciuos thank you for showing us this amazing home have a amazing day and God bless Best regards Anja
it would have been even better if under those dual stairs all that space inside they could have made closet unter the sairs that would have been so cool
I'd skip the third garage and keep that as a den. The lifestyle room needs a spiral staircase for access to the room above that could be used for a bedroom.
The same can be said about people who are relocating from New York City. You get so much more home and property for half the price and no state income tax.
Not bad for the price.... A few thing I didn't like about it. - Master bedroom seems a little too small. This is one thing I've noticed with most Grand Homes builds, their rooms seem too small - I would have put the wet bar and the guest room on the first floor. With the master bedroom being down stairs, I would prefer leaving the second floor as a private area for my children. Guest will be entertained downstairs, and if they ever need to spend the night, there will be a room available for them downstairs without intruding in the privacy of the kids. - I would have loved having a door that goes from the master closet to the laundry room. But that's just a matter of preference - I would have put some type of structure between the French doors and the master bedroom. It would not only offer more privacy to the parents, but also provide another layer of insolation. after all, you wouldn't want every word from the parental conversation to sip through the cracks from the French doors....
Yes Sir! My family and i are wanting to move to Texas 2025 😊 And would love for you to help me and my family make that happen? But we only need a 3bd room😊 Lovyyour videos ❤
In my opinion the entry foyer is way to narrow for the double staircase. It looks awkward to me. Way to much staircase for such a small entry. It would way more grand with a single staircase like in the other million plus home that was shown.
All the information is in the video description: The prices have changed. This home is closer to $1.7+m with the upgrades. It starts in the mid $1.4M range. The Grand Silverleaf Model Home features 👀 🛏 5 Bedrooms 🛁 4.5 Full Baths 🚗 2 Car Garage 📏 Approx. 3,898 SqFt.+ 🎮 Game Room 💻 Study Room 💰 Starting at $1,400,000+* *Prices are subject to change by the builder at any time. Please reach out to us for current pricing.
The dual stairs don't look right. Should have been one curved stair case. The primary or master suite was to small. I expected a much larger one. The guest suite was grander then the master suite. The closet was much better in the guest suite. I keep thinking the main master suite was upstairs. Disappointed I have to say.
Great Video! Here's one question that I've always had when I hear people use the term, "STAND UP SHOWER". Maybe I am out of the loop when it comes to showers. Are There "SIT DOWN SHOWERS". I've seen tubs equipped for the elderly that have seating as part of the shower. Still, I have never heard them called "Sit Down Showers". Back in the days of the show "CRIBS", a lot of the rappers would call their showers, STAND UP SHOWERS. Is that where this term originated??? Just Asking.
😂 Great question. I believe the appropriate term is a walk-in shower… I guess a Tub is designed for sitting and soaking so a stand up shower doesn’t have a tub to sit in.
* * Construction is beautiful and architecture is grand...BUT...the community is so packed with thousands of cookie-cutter homes in a very small space...with a way too small lot for such a nice home! I bet traffic is hellish! * * .........................................................And the TV is cooking above the fireplace ?
Love the dual staircase, but not the industrial metal railings!! I'd rather have wood. Everything was pretty but too modern for the exterior! Not my taste--for 1.5 million you'd expect even more!
This is the model home. It is not available for rent. If you are looking for a rental property similar to this send me a text or give me a call and I can send you a few. Alex 469-885-0435
No problem... I'll make sure we spend a little more time in Kitchens moving forward... Most of the time the pantries are used as storage for the builders so we have limited access but I will try.
Nice home and the decorations are beautiful however, the decor accents and furniture feels crowded…in a when you get dressed…you are pretty but you need less makeup and you should remove 3 accessories…kinda way. Sometimes less is more…the home also feels smaller than it should considering how big and open it is…it’s adjacent to walking into a one story home with low ceilings vs a home with vaulted ceilings or really high ceilings…high ceilings make a home appear way more spacious. So like the entrance feels very elegant and glamorous…it immediately impacts peoples responses and sets the tone and expectations for the rest of the home. The design of the home is great but whoever decorated wanted to make each area feel separate but poorly executed…only bc the tour feels like it’s missing walls…and it’s an open layout…so it should flow better. Just my observation.
Why do builders of high end homes in Dallas always make them look on the outside like castles or medieval construction. Everywhere in the world people are looking for modern minimalism except Dallas. Why?/ No medival dupes for me.

Wow.. gorgeous house 😍.. are you from Connecticut
very nice home, liked everything except the dual staircase....love one curved staircase and the extra floor space in the entrance hall for a coat closet and a big piece of furniture
I totally agree. The entry is nowhere large enough for the double staircase it would look much more grand with a single curved staircase.
I thought I was crazy and the only one who didn’t like a dual staircase 😂
Absolutely beautiful!!!!
The dual staircase took up too much space. Staging always makes new homes look great. But in my opinion the house looks like it has a lot of small rooms.
A glamourous and modern castel
Awesome looking home😍👏🏾👍🏾
I’m surprised they didn’t put in an outdoor kitchen at this price point. It was also disappointing to not have backyard space for kids.
Blessings to the new construction home beautiful property
Spectacular is the only word coming into my mind! ❤

This house has everything you could possibly want. I would add an elevator or stairlift. I truly love the exterior. It is so unique.

Life style space can be rented out as a studio i guess. Nice

Love this home😂😊
Homes for hope playing on the TV while touring the home is such a slap of rich irony 😂

Two huge ass staircases is exactly what I wanna see as I soon I enter the house.
Hmm kinda small thank you for sharing though❤

Very good
Or the office in the main house can be converted to a 6th bedroom and life style space the office

Beautiful home, I take it,
They are still building this model in the silverleaf community. Are you thinking about buying a home in the next 12 months?

Beautiful home … The “Lifestyle Space”/Casita is very nice. Silverleaf is a well known property in Scottsdale, AZ. Any relation?
Nice home, just wish it wasn't in Texas
The Primary Bdrm is underwhelming and the dual staircase is a waste of space…..IMHO

It's a 5 bedroom home... All of the details for the Model home are in the description of the video
I don’t really care for dual stairs right when u walk in

Too bad these builders no nothing about Feng Shui. Having a staircase like that directly heading to the front door is really bad.
