- hey guys so today my Titanium ETS intake finally arrived which meant i could finally install it.
the problem was that rather than doing it in my nicely air conditioned garage I had to go to do it the AK Racing car park since my car is already there to get the new turbo installed
so yeah hopefully you guys enjoy this one and even though I had planned to make a nice tutorial video I instead did a rush job in a car park trying to beat the rain that was coming 🤣

Looks good. I had a heck of a time clamping this to the turbot inlet, but I couldn’t be happier with mine. The AK Racing heat shield is a major step up from the ETS one, too.
Yeah was a bit of a mission haha as I kept wanting to pop off and not stay flush on the inlet.
Yeah the heatshield is a huge improvement for sure and definitely a must have for any ETS intake owners

I was all over my tuner when I got all my crap down, I always had cold beer for them every week. Try and get some tuning vids for your channel and like I've said before don't miss the dyno runs ;)
I definitely want to get some tuning vids but I don't think AK will have their dyno set up in time at the new shop so it's more likely to be road tuned which obviously I can't film.
Will see how we go though

Thanks mate, will never know really as it will have the different turbo which also makes a different sound.
I'd say it will though as the ETS intake has always sounded amazing in any cars I've been in with them

Cool. I recently got my ShiftKoncept Paddle extensions and to be honest they are not worth the price at all! Not sure about yours but the fake vinyl he puts on the top is very cheap and looks so bad. Can't believe I payed $140 for something that could be made for $30! That's my rant over 😅

It's from uber motorsports but discontinued many years ago and very hard to find

Is there any performance difference? Or purely going for maximum titanium aesthetics?
Should flow a little better but to be honest but who knows, I mainly bought it for the looks and sound plus I never liked having my bov sit up so high with my current set up I'd been running
Is tune needed?
Yes intake will require a tune unless just changing the filter only
