    Consistent quality content...
    In the 1970 NASA said the rebouner is the most efficient exercise. My experience it seems true.
    Gymnastic rings are my 2nd favorite until I met the kettlebell. It did so much in such a short time. Anyways 😊

      Ill look into it. a wrist flexion/extension is all you need though. Similar to dumbbells or other free-weight options.
