The difference is in the log curve. If canon allowed clog2 in the r6, it wouldn’t be such difference..clog3 is the limitation that basically crushes the blacks. Clog2 would look a lot more similar with the slog3.
That makes sense! Thanks for adding and clarifying that. I still don’t understand why Canon limits CLOG2 to the cinema lineup, especially seeing what difference it actually makes
@@AlexBjorstorpthose shots at 5:47, canon is usually has more contrast and or saturation within the image..even the ones after show similar signs (when shooting in clog3), but hey still great images from both
Yeah I was actually surpised with the amount of saturation on the FX3 footage! I didn't expect that! But in the end it was actually hard to see a big difference in them, which is fine I guess. Both are higher end consumer cameras
No need to shame on camera brands mate, it’s all just tools at the end of the day and all the different brands make great cameras for varying purposes 🙌🏻
Did you guess which camera was which? And if so, did you get lucky or did you see something I didn't? Would love to hear your guesses!
the video I´ve been looking for . thank you man

Cam A is the R6, Cam B is the Sony
Actually the other way around! What made your guess this way? 🙌🏻 Both came out with great quality btw, so no brand slamming here
