I guess that I am very lucky because I have been reloading since January 1990, and no problems. I never push the envelope in reloading. I went out and did in 308W and 6.5 Creedmoor, and chronograph with the new Garmin Exro C1 Pro. The New Age of Chronographs - so easy to understand and operate - you don't even need to read the owner's manual. My fifth chronograph.
To get stuck cases out, I go in from the breach side with a section of old cleaning rod and an old brass cleaning brush/tip, with a piece of rubber tube stretched over the it. Stuff it up into the neck of the case and pull it back out. I've heard someone mention wrapping a cleaning brush with cleaning patches and putting super glue on the outside of it and stuffing it into the case, letting it dry before yanking it out. I watched David Tubb on EC's believe the target and he said something to affect of "when rifling a barrel it can have 170,000 psi enforced on the metal, so you shooting your 60,000 psi load through it... the barrel didn't even notice" Food for thought, I'm sure your barrels fine 😃Those RDF's aren't half bad, thanks for sharing.
I have the tools to do it, but I would drill and tap the primer pocket. Course thread because the brass is soft. Just common 1/4" thread. Then you can thread a bolt in. If you have a piece of scrap steel laying around, you can drill a 1/4" home in that, and put the bolt through it before you thread it in the case. You can clamp the barrel in a vise, tap on the piece of scrap steel toward the breech end to get it out. I've never removed a stuck case life that. But I have removed seized implement pins. You may be able to just pull on the bolt once you thread it in. Sorry that's a long explanation. Hope it makes sense.
@imjustadude oh dang, I missed that, if it's seized in there, it's not going to come out without some specialty tools. I'd send it back to Kenny, first choice. I would think a pro would know the "right way".I'm not recommending you try this. But doing some brain storming. I don't know for sure what diameter you would need, but you may be able to stick a small, tight fitting wood dowel in the case, and then turn in a screw to expand the dowel to fit tight, or maybe put some glue/epoxy on the dowel to glue it in. Then you could maybe tap it out? Kenny would probably be shaking his head right now.
I KNOW! That's what I thought too until I got to the match. We had a lot of wind. Couldn't see misses, hardly saw impacts, and the wind tossed it around.
You could try and tap the piece of brass and pull it out that way or you could heat it up with a torch and use a brass punch and pick it out of there I would try the heat first
If anything those glasses make you look like a dork just kidding be safe and keep shooting. Removing a case without the case head could be a real problem you might want to call Kenny at DP and get some helpful suggestions. Have you tried shooting some hammers for groups?

I know man... it only takes once.....
Damn glad you’re ok

Respect!!!
Treat it like your press.....drill,thread,bolt in and impact it out. Glad you're ok. Stay safe.
Thank you. Problem, it blew the case head off. It's just a shell of a case in the chamber, nothing to drill/thread
That makes it a bit more challenging, Damn.
I would consult eagle DPG before using that barrel. The barrel extension would worry me a little.

Problem is, it blew the case head off. So it's just a "shell" of a case stuck in the chamber 😮

We have to lookout for each other even if its just well wishes or a prayer. Ill keep you in mine. Love the vids.
Thank you
Wire brush run from muzzle to breach popped the one I had out of my barrel

Those bullets look like they work just fine.

I really like that fucking chair and table set up you got for shooting. Looks stable as a mfer. Thanks for the videos!
That fuckin chair rocks as does the table 🤣
