    Some food rules -
    Sit down to eat and drik water
    Use your hands to eat
    Don't argue when eating food
    Have your dinner early, around 7-7:30 pm ideally
    Food basics -
    Have hot, homemade breakfast, don't replace by packaged cereals, etc.
    Have food in traditional combinations, as they are time tested and deliver the right nutrients to the body.
    Don't eat raw vegetables, cook the vegetables or make salad by adding tadka.
    Dont replace sugar with jaggery unnecessarily
