- Back with another canon stealth video! this is slowly becoming my favorite series on the channel so I am happy to add bayek to the roster in this AC origins stealth video. What 1000 hours of ac origins looks like. Sadly there is a lesser skill ceiling for this game than say unity, so I made this video more to show some cool animations and also to express my vision for how the canon version of Bayek would clear a fort. I picture this bayek as a hidden one, after the events of the main game but before the dlc where he dawns his new robes. I see bayek using his medjay shield, a light bow, hunter bow and the kopesh we see him use in the trailer. Essentially his whole look and feel is based on the reveal trailer, where we first saw the founder of the assassin brotherhood. I really love AC Origins and it's cool to make a video showing how the most accurate version of Bayek would complete an attack.

I wish the hidden blade animation when killing guards had more variety. Thats my main complaint with Origins. Great gameplay man!

Yeah Origins lacks a lot of animations it's more of an arcade type of style just like the other newer AC titles however it just gets worse from there.

Bayek's character, Egypt's atmosphere, & the game's overall story is so compelling. I really love AC origins! It's the "Soft Reboot" game that still feels like Assassin's Creed even with certain mechanics like social stealth being gone and added "mythical aspects."
It felt so special when i played it, they nailed the atmosphere
i loved origins, it was the last great ac game to me, but lets be honest, it was the beginning of the end of the series. in every game since, theyve completely disrespected the lore or threw it out the window entirely, opting for a 'one size fits all' type of game that was a cookie-cutter shell of its former glory
the leveling system (and level coercion) is shit, the story is boring, character writing bad.
not to mention the empty open world lacking filling, bad combat system, and so on but they did definitely nail the atmosphere

@@Melancholy308 i do agree with your opinion but in my opinion the protagonist was praise worthy and the environment was nice though the story does feel off and so does the npc and antagonist but an ac game in Egypt was actually a great idea. All though I would have loved to see the same game in ac unity

I just started aco, im on the mission the false oracle, the world is just amazing and although theres rpg type combat, i still play it as an old ac game, pure stealth. Its fun

@@raijin6625 I try to avoid combat. If I get caught I escape from the place. It helps that I increased the difficulty to max so I actually feel forced to run.
3:15 I played all the way through the story twice and got the platinum, had no idea this was possible

Ya, but u have to keep in mind that this is a 2017/18 game, and the gameplay and graphics is actually pretty good for a 2017/18 game
@@TigerSpiderAnimationac unity is older than this and it has alot of kill animations, assassin's creed was always revolutionary but now they aren't doing the best of work (probably because ubisoft doesn't give the best development time)

I do really love the character’s movement animations in this game. In a lot of the games they don’t have that agile, elite peak physical condition feeling but with Bayek he’s so smooth and bouncy in his movement, it feels light as a feather and that’s how I’d imagine an assassin to move.

So, so good. I love how you made the reversed leap of faith kind of your signature move. The combo at 3:34 was just chef's kiss. Movement in general was very fluid and surprisingly complex for the streamlined system in Origins. Great work Iggy

The impressive part for me is that you did thus without marking them with Senu. I always mark them so I know where everyone is and I plan my attacks based on their movements. You just fell sent and demolished them. Awesome

This...this is perfection. Origins was already my favorite Assassin's Creed game due to the amazing story and addictive gameplay, but this showcase shows how awesome the stealth can be in the hands of a skilled player. The depth and viscerality here is jaw-dropping! I was so hyped from this video I am going to 100% the game for the third time, on Nightmare difficulty with cursed weapons for the challenge :p you earned a subscriber!

@N7Andy you could do it plenty stylishly in classic AC. Namely, you don’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops for Altaïr or Ezio to actually eject properly for you
@N7Andy the backflip animation is unique to Bayek, but Ezio could drop off a ledge onto his back into a haystack.

I loved this game so much. Getting the platinum was extremely fun as well. Bayek of Siwa is definitely my favorite assassin of the whole series. They truly did an amazing job with this game

@N7Andy but what do you do after so many hours, i mean i have 105 hours in origins and i dont have any quests or something left, i also looked up ubisoft stats and it says 100 percent completetion.

Just completed the additional parts two days ago. Been over 100 hours of pure joy with great atmosphere, stories, and music.
Went straight and bought Unity to enjoy the French environment and I heard that it’s got a good story too.

One of the things I really like about the recent ACs is that you can tailor the gameplay to suit your tastes/style.
For me, I develop poison abilities as far as possible and then try to do just one poison attack in an area and have it affect as many people as possible. Nowhere near as impressive as what you show here, but super satisfying!!

I remember when the game first came out i wasnt impressed with it. It wasnt bad or anything, it just didnt blow me away. Now after almost five years and two more questionable games in this series, i stumbled over your video on the 60fps update of Origins. I decided to give this another chance after playing almost every older AC, because Valhalla just wasnt it to say the least. And im absolutely in love with it. Now my only wish is to play these games as satisfying as you do. Keep up the great vids 🔥

One of those smooth af moments in origins
I never really paid the ac games for awhile, and i never really got a chance to fully play through origins. So my first actual full playthrough of an ac game was odyssey, and then i was about halfway through valhalla before i saw origins on sale for the ps4 (my old copy was xbox1) and bought it and played through it.
As for the game: it is easily the best of the rpg series, the systems, while rudimentary compared to the previous games from what i heard, make sense in the games setting. The characters are so well made and rounded, and bayek is absolutely brimming with charisma. And the setting....the goddamm BEAUTIFUL setting, whats not to love? The beautiful city of alexandria, the the rusticness of siwa, every city and town just fits perfectly into place and feels alive.
As for the story, it fits well into the original storyline and even explains a character that was already known about.
I guess I'll have to properly judge the game once i finally play the originals, but i doubt my opinion will change much on how good it is. I just wish there wasnt as much of a divide in the community over it

I re-finished the game in New-game+ mode and noticed a glitch that is quite funny which is that bayek moves faster than its legs, especially crouching

@@AltairStealth after watching the video I have to say I'm really happy that even u got detected once because I can't count how many times I felt so bad at the game for failing to take out a 3 spear camp hudless without being detected but I guess it's really just almost impossible.

I remember when I finally put down Odyssey, I couldn’t believe half the stuff I could do. I felt like the embodiment of a Greek god in that game. Throw knives across camp to assonate someone, teleport to said knife somehow, stealth kill everyone without a trace, and then if caught, fight with a fury without even being touched. These games certainly have lost their roots to AC, but they do a damn good job at making you feel badass
odyssey definitely wasn't the classic assassin's Creed feel. But man was it fun. Just being able to teleport was cool.
I remember I took out an entire fort just by teleporting over and over again. Once one chain ended I'd use another adrenaline bar and start another. I also remember on one of my playthroughs I did no stealth for almost the entire game. Walked straight through the front gate of every fort and kicked ass like In owned the place. I'd have level 5 bounty on me and it never worried me lmaoo.

I ve been playing ac osyssey and although i loved the game i ve got to say that they have changed some game mechanics that were great, like the places to hide, hideing bodys, the hidden blade, etc. They made it more like a war game than an stealth game like once was.
Bayek is such a great character, him and Aya are badass.

Origins is such a nice game with her landscapes and ancient egypt map the problem is the hidden blade animation and the parkour variety without forgettin smooth counters and more developped rpg mechanics, besides that the game is really great
