Great video! I just purchased a similar bicycle so this was helpful! To my ignorant eye it looks the same but the parts are Shimano 6 speed I think, not Sachs. I’m very excited to use it, it’s in terrific condition and I got it for $100 🤷♀️
enjoyed your video. I've always thought I only need about 5 gears. a two speed internal and 2 or 3 speed cassette would be just right. mountain biking breaks any weak link, so that chain thru the axle would need some armor, or clever different mechanism.

Hi, Just putting this Trek on Kijiji today.
Good luck with the sale. Somebody will get a nice unique bike.
Maybe you could link the ad here.
Do you have a xtra pawls for sach orbit?how much?
No, I do not have any parts. This hub has been out of production for about 30 years.
I'm assuming the whole bike is New Old Stock am I correct? And how much was it approximately?
The components are all NOS. The frame is gently used and in very nice shape. As for how much, you would have to take that up with the owner.
@@2wagondragon thank you very much😊
@@damian33dc Hello, the bike went for $580.00
It's a nice-looking machine with a unique drivetrain plus Dan the man worked on it so you know she's well dialled in and its worth every nickel😊
Nice, unique machine.
Beauty !

I guess it is quite off topic but do anyone know of a good place to watch newly released series online ?
