Dr Ian Lake ( UK Doctor ) ran 5 marathons on 5 consecutive days all in a fasted state. What was really impressive was that Dr Lake is a type 1 diabetic. He estimated he burnt through 20000 kcals, equivalent to about 5.7 lbs of total weight loss.
So good and important information for obesity thanks I am watching from pakistan 🇵🇰 mom 67 years all my life struggle for weight loss I am now 96 kg I was 105 kg last year now I’m 96 kg
But what will the result be on the creatinine if you do so much exercise and resistance training on a low protein diet ( plant based solely, 4 servings per day to be exact)? I noticed my crea goes high. Is it because my body uses up muscles as protein?
No creatinine is a breakdown product of muscle. Just don't do a blood test right after exercise or it will affect the results. In my super active patients, I tell them not to do a blood test within 24 hours of strenuous exercise

No captations? I've got very close neighbours and the wall are from paper 😅 Sorry I'll watch later when my neighbours are out of their home.
Sorry, I'll figure out how to do the live captions. Captions are on the recording.
