Honda Ruckus Clutch Swap test : Its my issue in the clutch?

- My RPM seems higher than most and my weights seem like they are heavier than most. I wanted top test to see if my clutch had an issue. Used my previous clutch to see i could see a difference.
NOTE: I am not an expert but more of an enthusiast who is trying to build experience. Please feel free to ask questions in the comments or resources like 49ccScoot forums on the internet (Great Place!)

Just got a Ruckus, installing cdi ignition kit tomorrow. So excited to tinker!
CDI opens up a ton of tinkering in the CVT and Varriator
Caesar you need buy 750ml fuel bottle incase run out on fuel again! I buy 2 fuel bottle one of them 1500ml for 150cc & other 750ml for 50cc incase run low on fuel or out! Plus i buy luggage bag for fuel bottle!
Find out the size of the belt you are running then add a few mm in length. I was running a 750mm belt in my bws and went up to a 756mm and the belt seated properly in the front and rear now. flush bottom in the front resting on the boss and flush with the edge of the rear driven pulleys highest point on the outside edge of the diameter of the moving halves. Hi Caesar what brand should i use on my 2012 ruckus NPS50? it is my on going project.
My ruckus is running almost the exact same as this. Around 9500 rpm at 45 mph. What did you find to help solve this issue?

Hey..., is that an app on your phone that reads mph and has a tach??? New sub (love the channel) and Ruck owner.
No just speed , no way to get the ignition cycles on the motor in your phone (that I k ow of)
Are you able to remove the clutch pads without disassembling the clutch?
Put a washer under the nut on the drive plate
If you don't have an ultrasonic cleaner, what's the best way to clean the bell? New springs incoming but I might as well clean it up while I'm there.
The bell ? Sand paper or rubbing compound
Do you have a CDI installed to get your RPMs that high? I'm at the 7800-8200 mark. A CDI is just around the corner for me.
Yea I tuned as much as I could and get max speed then got a CDI

@@SmallEngineVelocity you need a met sending unit and a fuel gauge or to keep better track of your mileage lol
Never reuse springs, that can result in a clutch grenading on you.
I need to get new ones

I reuse them all the time never had it happen to me and all my years of rucking
What did he use to open the clutch bell to change the spring?
