Same here!! I got some organic spelt & rye flour. I’ve mixed in chilli and paprika…and black pepper. Fried in organic coconut oil. All of this is organic. Same as the baked beans I’ll eat it with! I’ve just opened a tin of ackeee…so maybe I’ll do ackee, sardines n onion.

I make Jamaican fried dumplings all the time. 2-3 tsp of baking powder is fine. I normally only use 2
