- It's Cardio time! In today's CARDIO & ABS Workout we will be adding in some light dumbbells here and there to really fire up that core. Then, just to keep you on your toes, we have an extra challenge today with a quick 4 minute Tabata finisher. It is going to get good and sweaty today my friends! Let's do it! #HR12WEEK #homeworkout

Can anyone please tell me, if a beginner can start this program or any of hers HR 12 week programs.
(I, due to health, wasn't able to exercise for long, and now I can't do intermediate exercises which i used to do, so I'm searching for a program which I can follow)
Another fire workout for the books! I love love love standing ab workouts. The chop and squat was my favorite! I swear it feels like Heather is training us to be Warriors-these workouts are no joke! Always keeping us on our toes with the different combos.
This was killer, Heather! I think I my soul left my body multiple times during this sweat sesh 🥵🥵 I had to pause the video a couple times just to catch my breath 😅 I am SO GLAD we are done! Please have mercy on us tomorrow 😂😘💜💪

was a little dejected that i found this one so hard. my shoulders from yesterday didn’t want to cooperate. but push on and grow is the name of the game!!! thanks Heather!
I had to scale back on the weights, was still sweating and pumped.
It was hard for me too and I never usually find cardio that hard. I think it’s the additional 5 seconds it makes a big difference
Don’t be too hard on yourself!! This one was sooo tough 🥵 and you showed up, and you did it!! 💪🏼🙌🏼
Oh my, this was such a challenge, I'm Drenched 🥵 and so happy!!😁 Those plank jack+tuck were a killer for my shoulders, and that tabata finisher was no joke - haven't done a tabata with burpees for a while and was great to see I can still endure 4 rounds of it! 💪🏻💪🏻 Saved to my favorites! 💜
Thank you for another wonderful workout. You are amazing and I love that even though you are at the top of your abilities you let us see you get tired and struggle. It’s inspiring and helps me push myself to see that even the best struggle at times.

🥵🥵Oh my word!!!🥵🥵 I didn’t know that I could do 6 1/2 burpees in 20 seconds!!!! Yay me!! 👏👏🤣🤣 I dreaded this workout when I watched it earlier at work, and after work when I did it, I felt so strong! Sweaty and smelly, but strong!!! Another fantastic workout that pushed me hard! Thank you Heather once again!! 💪🏼💪🏼🩷🩷 Great job everyone!!!!

Whew felt this one, Heather! Cardio is not really my fave at times but I know it has to be done! This WO will def make you sweat and you'll surely feel the burn!
What a finisher with this Tabata! My legs wanted to run away!!!!!! I barely controlled them with the burpees jump!😄
This was the toughest workout of this series. Challenged my body and mind. Needed to modify many of the exercises, but i got it done!
This one is no joke. One word, BRUTAL! 🥵 I usually add a little more afterwards, but nope! Not today! Thanks for kicking my butt, Heather! (As always!)

Definitely a sweat shesh for this Tuesday. The full jacks felt amazing after chest and back yesterday. I modified some of the moves but I kept on moving. Thank you HR. Way to go team 4.0 -day 42 DONE!
