With this glitch you can retrieve all of your equipment since any equipment given to your followers will carry over into the dlc. I always bring a fat man and a melee weapon to do the ammo glitch and one shot everyone. It's much faster, less stressful, and can be an alternative way of completing the glitch in this video as well.
Yes, but the real thing is weapon repair kits probably, because they are a bit hard to craft and can repair ANY weapon u like, so.. By this trick u can get INFINITE count of those.

This still works 2024. Xbox series S. The beautiful thing is if you don't leave the dlc and get all the gold bars you can trade them for pre war bills at the hologram vendors, get 32,768 pre war bills and turn them to chips at the casino, then infinitely trade them in for 32,768 pre war bills which is worth about 300k caps each time. So now i have free caps and free items

2021, if you drop 32,768 casino chips (I did with the ultra lux but I'll bet the other 3 casinos work too) then pick them up as a negative (like the video) number you can go to the Casino and farm chips, legion and ncr money too.
I do the same for 9mm at the goodsprings general store, by level 20 you’ve usually got around 20k and level 30 about 32k rounds of 9mm. Little overkill but considering I’ll go through an entire play through and only have about 400 45/70 or other ammos it’s incredibly useful. Like there’s no way I invest 90 hours into a play through and only have 5 mini nukes. Added bonus is using GRA ammo on weapons or laser designator so shoot infinitely, favorite combo has to be the red glory rockets and shotguns becauee 1 ammo is 7 rockets which is incredibly overkill but fun, same with .50bmg explosive rounds with a dinner bell.
You can only safely drop 32,767 of anything safely on the ground with no consequences. But if you drop 32,768 or higher, it’ll become a Negative Number and you won’t see it on your Inventory no more. But you can definitely take advantage of that by returning an Infinite number of Chips to get an Infinite Number of Caps, NCR Dollars, Legion Coins and all the stuff from the Sierra Madre Machines.

If I did videos I would show people how to do the infinite landmine glitch where you can convert ammunition into c4, landmines, plasma minds, and have infinite gernades and other throwables. With this glitch if you always leave one bundle c4 inside the trash can next to gun runners you can have an infinite money supply as long as you don't mind waiting to three day periods In between. By duplicating c4 and selling it to gun runner
That's very slow, you're better off doing the infinite casino money glitch where you get exactly 32768 chips from a casino in your inventory and then trying to cash out. You'll get 32768 caps back after scrolling through through some dialogue that only takes a few seconds. The glitch will only break if you get any amount of that casino's chips, so it's also virtually impossible to break unintentionally.

Try to do the unlimited caps glitch and got the amount of caps and then use companions glitch to transfer the item to the dlc and when you clear the casino area buy the pre war money with the caps you transfer and wait three days at the casino and rinse and repeat to get the amount of chips you want
Alternatively if you have really high luck just play blackjack and bet 100 chips until you get comfortable enough to bet 1000 then just play till you reach like 33k chips

You're right, that comment was a bit harsh, I didn't know the development history of this game at the time. However normal caps don't show up in your inventory, they have a separate counter so you can't drop them. Maybe FO3 devs knew about this glitch?

Can it be done with weighted items ,because the systems ability to recognize when an item is dropped and as a result when to reset or transfer item value could be based on the value of the variable for item weight, so when you have a certain amount of an item without a weight value it doesn't have a value to transfer so its just trying to drop the 0

This counts towards getting the sierra madre voucher and free 100 chips faster. It's maybe only 20% faster though, and make sure to turn off hardcore mode.

You don't need to be in the Sierra Madre to get the voucher + free chips. They're in the BOS bunker that you use to get into Sierra Madre. To answer your other question: I redid the math and you really don't need to sell the gold bars because the amount of time it would take you to get all 12500 prewar money is equal to the amount of time you would spend walking into the Z-38 lightbeam for 10 minutes to get around the same amount of chips in free chips+vouchers.

I don't know what you are talking about, the vending machine or is the recipe menu on the left side confusing you? That side menu doesn't spawn anything it just tells me what the item I'm looking at can be used for these crafting items.

Yes, there will be no new patches for NV on console so it will work forever. On PC some modders fixed it by changing the max stack limit from 32768 to 10000.

You only get 100 free chips every 3 days. If you can, load a save that's close to the end because you can still gamble at sierra madre casino after finishing the last quest in dead money.
I'm not sure what you want, this glitch doesn't help in FO3 and you can't use the chips to get different types of ammo besides .357 and .308. Do you want more ammo in FO3 or just ammo for guns that use the same ammo types as in FO3? There's also the fact that you need 32k+ of any item before you can start exploiting it.
Everyone asks that question and I don't understand why, I start explaining starting at 5:15 how to get the initial 32768. Actually I know, you don't bother watching the whole video, but I'm gonna be merciful and fucking explain it. -Gamble at sierra madre casino for 10k -Get snowglobe for 2k (shown in new ultimate guide to dead money part 2 24:24 it's on my channel) -You'll find a couple 100 chips laying on the ground throughout the dlc -Get the recipe for making sierra chips from Christine using fission battery and scrap metal (same video as before but starting at 4:10) -go to OWB and go to z-38 (bottom left of map), turn off hardcore mode, grab a rubber band and make your character move forward into the light for about 30 mins, then go collect your free chips an vouchers. If you don't win atleast 7.5k from the casino you can't redeem the vouchers for 1k chips. - You can buy prewar money from holo vendors in Dead Money and exchange them at the sierra madre casino for more chips, but doing the OWB trick is pretty much just as fast and the vendors require a lot of barter for 1:1 rates. Also you only get 100 of an item at a time at the vending machine, I had a mod on that increased the limit during the video.
You need 32,768 madre chips then drop them on the floor, if it says -32,768 madre chips, you can proceed to pick them up. It wouldn't show in your inventory but it does work.

What is that menu you have which lets you spawn anything?
I don't know what you are talking about, the vending machine or is the recipe menu on the left side confusing you? That side menu doesn't spawn anything it just tells me what the item I'm looking at can be used for these crafting items.

I'm not sure what you want, this glitch doesn't help in FO3 and you can't use the chips to get different types of ammo besides .357 and .308. Do you want more ammo in FO3 or just ammo for guns that use the same ammo types as in FO3? There's also the fact that you need 32k+ of any item before you can start exploiting it.

Everyone asks that question and I don't understand why, I start explaining starting at 5:15 how to get the initial 32768. Actually I know, you don't bother watching the whole video, but I'm gonna be merciful and fucking explain it.
-Gamble at sierra madre casino for 10k
-Get snowglobe for 2k (shown in new ultimate guide to dead money part 2 24:24 it's on my channel)
-You'll find a couple 100 chips laying on the ground throughout the dlc
-Get the recipe for making sierra chips from Christine using fission battery and scrap metal (same video as before but starting at 4:10)
-go to OWB and go to z-38 (bottom left of map), turn off hardcore mode, grab a rubber band and make your character move forward into the light for about 30 mins, then go collect your free chips an vouchers. If you don't win atleast 7.5k from the casino you can't redeem the vouchers for 1k chips.
- You can buy prewar money from holo vendors in Dead Money and exchange them at the sierra madre casino for more chips, but doing the OWB trick is pretty much just as fast and the vendors require a lot of barter for 1:1 rates.
Also you only get 100 of an item at a time at the vending machine, I had a mod on that increased the limit during the video.

You lost me with all that math bullshit. You never told me HOW to do this. How did you get that much to begin with? What got it started?
You need 32,768 madre chips then drop them on the floor, if it says -32,768 madre chips, you can proceed to pick them up. It wouldn't show in your inventory but it does work.
