Made these last night! Delicious... the only thing is, I wish I'd rinsed out the salt...a little salty.... but otherwise I will make them again... and I'm going to fry to get them to make them crunchy!

My father would arrive at our place with massive baskets of zucchini and it’s amazing how many ways we managed to use them, but we never even touched the end of one basket. Friends and neighbours all got them. It was lovely really.

Thank you for the recipe. I enjoyed them when they first come out of the oven. They were okay the next day but they were not as good 3 days later as I felt they got to moist as time went on. Heating them was not successful. I look forward to trying something else you show soon.
