We end up with so much extra zucchini in the summer that we set up a giveaway table in the driveway but I'll be thrilled to give this a try!!
It's definitely worth trying. It was so good
this looks absolutely amazing i'm going to make this asap
Thank you. I hope this turns out to your liking when you make it
@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen I'll be sure to let you know. I'm Type 2 Diabetic and i cannot make the cottage cheese flatbread (i only have an air fryer which goes to 180oC so i don't think it cooks right, can these be cooked at that temperature?
@@badgerman6666 I haven't tried this in an air fryer but it should work but just keep an eye on it. It most likely will cook a lot faster in an air fryer
Thanks for this recipe! Do you think this would work with spinach or broccoli?
Yes it probably would. I have a recipe for broccoli thins if you want to check it out janetsdeliciouslowcarbkitchen.com/quick-keto-broccoli-or-cauliflower-thins-bread/
Looks good. Thanks. Can it be frozen?
You're welcome. I have not tried to freeze these. I think it would work but I don't know for sure
Have you ever tried a salad spinner to help get the moisture out of the zuke? I am thinking I will squeeze it first then put it into the salad spinner.... hmmm... Will it make a mess in the salad spinner with the zuke getting stuck in holes???????
I haven't tried zucchini in a salad spinner. I have a feeling it might. make it a little mushy
@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen I would mention that cheesecloth is a great way to easily bring down the moisture content!!
@@razorcatshark3223 Yes definitely
Hi, Janet, this looks awesome! 😋 ...I was wondering if you could tell me where you got your silicone baking mat. It looks different (better 😜) than the ones I've seen. I saw your affiliate links below, but I didn't see one for the baking mat...thanks!
I ordered my mats from Amazon. Here's the link amzn.to/3V4jGEG
@@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen Thank you, Janet!
@@kiraash1 you're welcome
How can you stop this sticking to the parchnent sheet ?
I use a spatula and loosen then it pulls away from the paper
