I have been driving a demonstrator of this car and I must say that so far it’s really impressive.
Great review i have the same version in white....best car i have ever owned.....
Bob, as a GC owner, I can tell you in Winter when the temperatures fluctuate and the weather systems change, the tyre monitoring system warns you a lot about the pressure. It’s just the outside atmospheric pressure changes that trigger it.
I did not know that BMW must be sensitive to changes

Great review. I had one on hire as a company car. Noisy cabin, dreadful road noise from the tyres and the diesel engine despite generating 180bhp felt sluggish. Additionally, the car doesn't involve the driver - very unusual for a BMW. The 3 series hybrid that I had before the 420d was terrific in terms of a quiet cabin, superb petrol/electric motor combo that would leave the 420d standing and outstanding driver engagement.
So the same generation 3 series is quieter!!??
Jeez Bob a bit more about the car instead of how to pay you would be a better long term return for you.....
Not really a 'review'. What about engine performance? Economy? Boot space? Handling? Rear seat space? Just talked about tech mostly.
Thanks Bob, Love the 4 series Gran Coupe. In fairness to BMW Audi jumped massively one the quattro bandwagon after that flurry of snow. "You wont get stuck in the snow if you drive an Audi!"
So they had to react.
Audi hammered it home alright. Lexus is at it now with "diesel is dead" so there's always something going on
Not much of a review! Can you review the car next time and stop talking about idrve and apple play? What about the engine, boot space , space for passengers, mpg, noise, road handling etc?

It is touch screen. You just don’t know how to use it. I had this same problem with the salesman who showed me mine. He said the same thing that it wasn’t touch screen but it was and he was astonished that a buyer has to show him a feature he didn’t know. I think you should know the car properly before reviewing.
9:51 the air hose seems to be touching the paint? that is not ok....
Like the camera you placed on the passenger seat, good angle for a review! Those ultra low profile tyres can’t help the ride or is it okay?
It's really handy when there's a glass roof. BMW has the ride sorted so there's no harshness left really. You'd only notice it over speed bumps
awesome awesome car. Great looking and driving. And nice review. And fuck Xdrive, or any four wheel drive nonsense in any other car. We have much more harsh winters here in LTU, and I have no problems to drive my RWD F20, I do not need that Xdrive, and neither do you in your childish cold weather.

By the way, touch screen is standard now. Concierge service is optional.
Audi does a better interior and infotainment system. BMW do a better version of apple car play as it's wireless and touchscreen. BMW is more fun to drive...it's very hard to choose.
A5 quattro S-Line with a few options or BMW 420d M-Sport with a few options? Grrr I don't know, BMW I think

420d at the moment. But really have a look at the competition because there’s some good ones out there
I checked out the Audi A7 and test drove the Merc, but they didn't handle like the 640D Gran Coupe. I was leaning more towards the 640D Gran coupe. I've watched your video about 5 times and you look like you enjoyed driving that more than any other BMW. and I get that feeling too. for me, that feels like £30k's worth of Car, I'm not sure if I can spend £30k on a 4 series.

Mine does 52mpg all round. I use sport occasionally and dont try to be efficient at all really
