Great review. Everything covered off. Exactly what I wanted to know as I am looking at a '15 model. Unfortunately it has the older steering wheel which is crap looking
Great review- thank you and this version of the 4 is SOOO classy compared to the new one with the buck tooth grille that tries way too hard to be cool- this one is just cool as it sits. Love the 442 wheels with it also. The only problem is that this model is the last one with the clearly inferior BMW cabin info /interfaces. But the seats are awesome, the drive is awesome and the looks are spot on - to me at least. Thanks again for the great review.
Does the 420d feels quick? I am interested in buying one but I am not sure if the 430d would be a better option or if I am paying extra for nothing. I live in spain so you can't do more than 140 km/h on the highway
@@jh4l Hey! I didn’t at the end. Couldn’t find any good one. What I ended doing was a quick trial of a 420d. The car is ok, feels kinda powerful but nothing spectacular. After that moment I decided that I would go for a 430. I also had a ride in a 430i and is a little bit crazy but as I said the 420, is not that exciting and hence not worth the money.
@@PROZOMBIESLAYA1 Sadly no…but trust me,you don‘t need more, for a 2.0 l engine it is really powerful, when in sport mode, the sound is different too,it really acts like a sports car, when in eco pro you almost cannot hear the engine running, the steering is looser, the comfort superb. Of course,it depends on the wheels too. I‘ve put the 19“ Pirelly Powergy 225 40 ,93 y on it so the ride is a bit rough, but the handling, cornering, speed and general feeling is of a mucj faster, petrol engine cars. There is enough space at the back, I have a child seat and the trunk is spacious since it‘s a coupé. Although based on the same platform, the seating position is slightly lower than 3 series. It maintains the “driver in the first place“ BMW philosophy,so I love every second of driving it.
@@schiomigadj I used my brothers the other day for work as my car was in the garage. But I didn’t test the power and stuff. Just drove it casually lol. I have a golf GTE :)
@Nina Lindström This car slice half a million dollars in my country.. that's equivalent to £55k... that's mad I hate it. I find it unfair internationals get this car much cheaper 😤
Best car out there 😍

If you get the m sport model it should have the nicer looking steering wheel no matter if its a 2015 car
There are not many videos reviewing the BMW 4 Grancoupe. There are a few but not enough...

Glad they kept that handbreak but dissapointed you no longer get a proper spare tyre anymore in most cars
I have one coming this week msport performance mode 16 plate paid 18750 is it worth getting it remapped
Whats your experience with it so far?
@@easy94883well I juz paid £9000 for a 2015 420d GC, the market of UK's used cars r so weird…

I am in the same predicament. Wondering to go for the 420d or 430d. Every video/comment section I’ve come across says 430d. Did you buy one yet?

Have had the 430d GC for exactly a year now it is amazing. Will definitely put a smile on your face
With 188bhp, does it increase when in sport mode or just as you said with the throttle and steering.
Throttle, steering and air intake. However, the feeling really is quite different. Awesome car
@@schiomigadj so is there no extra power/horse power?

Great review! Really interested in picking one of these up! So thanks for the Info.

What is the exact difference between 420d grand coupe and m sport? Gran coupe is `M` as well
Grand coupe is the 4 door version.
420d gran coupe is the 4 door 4 series and m sport is the trim style
Doesn't a 3 series have more boot space?
No, the Grand Coupe’ s boot space is bigger in my opinion.
3 series touring has 495l so 15l bigger then 4series GC
This is fully spec 4 series
Surely those wheels are 19 inches 😀
frameless not pillarless... if I had a pound for every time.........
Car is for sale but the interior is boring 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
