You said 520 when talking about the carb. I’m sure you meant 620 though. I don’t know why you can’t find reasonably priced carbs for the 590-620 because I see them all over starting at $25 bucks.
Not worth installing the 620 coil. Get a gearhead performance offset flywheel key. Same boost in performance at a third of the cost. 620 carb is the only thing really worth paying for.
@@DoyleShadduck only documentation I’ve seen from echo is 590 coil is limited and 620 is not. They don’t mention if there’s a difference in advance, or more aggressive timing curve between the two.
You may have already done this but.
Do the muffler mod that's popular for these 5 90s and that 620 carb will perform even better on that saw

Just curious why there are no gaskets used. Mine didn’t have any when I pulled it off. Would it do me justice to use the ones with the kit anyway? Ty
I was wondering that myself, I have no idea why there are no gaskets
Do you have a video on corded electric chainsaws?
Nope, I can’t think of a reason to have one. Not much maintenance on an electric saw. Do you have any ideas for a video?
What did you set the gap on the coil?
Excellent question, I totally forgot to gap the coil but it still ran. I usually just use a business card to gap them on mowers.

Dang that is cool and he 3D prints those parts. Wish I knew this earlier, thanks for the input
My understanding is that the 590 coil is a rev-limited design whereas the 620P coil is not.

NAMES JAIME AMERO CANADA . I GOT A NEW 590 . THERE MADE IN JAPAN .
You can run a 27,28,& 36" bar on 590 but I would change out drum sprocket to a rim sprocket.
You really need to order a red beard air filter kit.
No….the 620 has a bigger carb.
Little advice for ya. Try watching the 2008 film “Yes Man”. Is a great one
I don’t watch movies. So your research, the 620 has a little bigger carb. I have both….
