BISOUS,
Love you all.....Tammy - Навчання та стиль
I really believe in scalp massage, too. Plus it feels so nice. You know, it looks really cute when you go to bed. It doesn't look greasy at all. You look like a teenager! My mother had the thickest, healthiest head of hair, even through chemo. I, unfortunately, did not inherit her hair. I do worry about the dry shampoo use. I wonder if it clogs the follicles. This was terrific, Tammy! Love, Melissa
It does, that is why it is important to use a scalp exfoliator ...seriously!!
Omgg!!!! My two favorite UA-cam ladies! Hi Melissa and Tammy! Thank you for your tips! Xo
i guess I'm kinda off topic but do anyone know a good website to stream newly released movies online ?
@Ulises Will Flixportal :D
@Ricky Rowan thanks, I signed up and it seems like a nice service :D Appreciate it !!
I always say you have the best hair on UA-cam. And now I know why! I'm convinced....hair oil will be my new best friend. Thank you for always being an inspiration!. xo
Thank you, Tammy, for taking the time to actually do all the steps in this video. It is very helpful to see what you do. I've recently upped my game on scalp health and now use a hair oil purchased at Target. I've also used streight up avocado oil with a few drops of rosemary essential oil. Your video showed me that I'm on the right track for both product and technique.
I have post menopausal hair loss and I just love your hair! I was fortunate to be blessed with a very full head of hair but the loss is noticeable to me. Thanks for the informative video! PS, love your dogs!!
Tammy, hello!A lot it women in Russia uses burdock oil and castor oil for hair and sculpt!I can recommend them also!Burdock oil is my favorite!Thank you for sharing with us your favorites!
I’m just loving these pool videos, as a daily pool user I’m enjoying your tips about exercise and taking care of my hair while in the pool. I usually try to not get my hair wet since the chlorine drys it out and I try not to wash it every day. Thanks so much, I’m sure there are a lot of pool lovers like me out there that are just loving these tips also. 🤗
Your videos are always filled with such great info, thank you!
Tammy says it- I do it! Can’t wait to see how my hair responds to this lovely treatment.
Great video, thank you for sharing. I am going to try putting the oil in my hair tonight.
Thank you for sharing, going to try some mad mixing of oils for the hair tonight! 💗
Thank you for the tips! I’m trying this tonight!!! I have Wen Hair oils and I’m always confused on how to use them! This is perfect!!!
I already use all the oils you mentioned including the rejuvenique one, but never thought of leaving it overnight like you just showed us, thanks!!
what a head of hair, beautiful
Thanks for the tips Tammy. Have a great time at the pool.
Love this! Someone told me about wetting hair before getting into the pool
Because our strands absorb whatever it touches first when dry. So it’s great to hear that reiterated when educating about pool hair health. Love your videos!!!!
You are so generous with your knowledge. Thank you, Tammy. xo
I really needed this video. My hair needs all the help and inspiration it can get!
Wow ! What a head of hair! I can only dream of having hair like yours! Thanks for all the tips!
Thanks Tammy. My dry curly hair could use some oils, will definitely follow your advice!
Thank you Tammy! Hope you are having a lovely weekend😊💜
Holy Smokes! Your Hair is truly your "Crown of Glory"! So Beautiful!!! Thank you so much, for sharing your nightly hair, beauty routine. Could you please consider sharing your hair supplements you are currently using? I would love to see the shampoo and conditioner you are using, as well. You look so much like a young Ursella Andress...a Bond Girl!!!
I did this last night with sweet almond oil. This morning after my shower, my hair is soft and smooth. I will make this part of my hair care routine. Thanks again!
Monat products are amazing. Glad to see you are using them .
Your hair is glorious! I will definitely be trying some of these tips. Love your channel I always come away with new knowledge!❤️
Beautiful hair. I also use oil on my hair but leave it on for an hour then shampoo and conditioner. Love all the tips Miss Tammy
This is a wonderful video. I have been oiling my hair for about six months now and what a difference! I have a concoction of about seven different oils that I found works really well for my hair. Usually I have it on for three or four hours in the morning when I take the pups for a walk and puttering in my garden. Again, what a difference it has made.
P.S. I tried your pool workout in the pool without any weights and holy moly, I felt it the next day! But no discomfort in my joints! No flare up of my tendinitis! So, thank you for that. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs - Barbara
I'm telling you...I will miss my pool in the winter...Thank you Barbara!!
You look just radiant, glowing!!!, great video...
You are such an inspiration! I will be using all your tips. You have such gorgeous hair it goes with the gorgeous woman you are. Thank you my friend. I am inspired.
Love hair oils. My favorites are Alterna bamboo kendo oil and Matrix exquisite oil.
You have beautiful hair, thank you for all the great tips.
Great video! Thanks so much Tammy 💗
A bit off topic, but I just got my Tom Ford makeup brush after you raving about it and you are soooo right! It is amazing can’t wait to buy another! Thanks again for your spot on review!
I am a Hairdresser too, Agree with everything you spoke. Thank you!
Absolutely fabulous advice for keeping our hair as healthy as can be without too much fuss. I can’t sleep until my hair is coated with Moroccan Oil, exactly like yours, Tammy. Lately, my sweet husband has been having to help me get it done every night; wow it feels good! 😊
I haven’t watched your exercise video yet because I can’t be outside for long periods of time. I have faith that my doctors are going to reach a diagnosis very soon, so hopefully I’ll be back to normal. Thank you, gorgeous and have a wonderful weekend! Lots of love, Lisette 💗💗💗xo
Sending you healing prayers Lisette!
You do the best videos on topics that are so informative and helpful for everyone - this one, every day makeup, etc.
Thank you so much...this means so much!
Thank you so much for the great ideas. I already use a couple oils in my hair, my favorite being the Lanza healing treatment after I blow dry. But I never thought about doing the oil and conditioner before getting in the pool...well maybe next year I will open my pool...but I did know to wet my hair before getting into the pool....glad you shared that one. My beautician told me that a few years ago...much love ....xoxo
Great information! Thanks for the tips
Cute glasses, Tammy! I saw the workout with the dogs already and it looked like a good workout.
Great vlog! For brunettes, fyi olive oil will take brown color out of hair, it will make hair lighter.
Tammy, this video was really helpful and different. You pool video was really joyful too! 💗 It really inspired me to kick myself on the butt and actually go swimming after or before my workday. Thank you! You are a real lioness!
Wonderful video Tammy!!! I too take good care of my scalp - I learned a long time ago that it matters so much. Your scalp needs “detoxing” to get all of the products we put on our hair cleared away so that it can breathe! My hair is as thick and healthy as it can possibly be at my 60 years of age - AND I will ALWAYS wear it long because of the great variety of styling options!! But - in order to do this my hair and scalp have to be nurtured in order to keep it looking healthy and nice. I try to limit the use of blow dryers and straighteners and curling irons and rollers - I use them only about once a week. I find that if I allow my hair to dry naturally, then put a protective product on it, then use a straightening iron only on the areas that need it and use rollers or my curling iron on the rest of my hair - it actually holds the curl much better than it would if I had blow dried it!! To me, the blow drying gives it a frizzy “starting base” whereas allowing it to dry naturally gives it a much better capability of holding the styling you do to it afterwards.
I love the variety in your videos lately! Wonderful content :)
Wow your hair is gorgeous! Long thick and luxurious❤️
Thanks again Tammy!
Great video Tammy! I've been using oils on my hair at night for a long time...not every night since I shampoo my hair every other day. Started out using the VO5 hot oil treatments back in the day...lol. Thanks for sharing your routine Tammy! Have a great weekend!
So informative!! Thanks much Tammy, I'm going to try this using my olive cooking oil. I have been coloring my hair for over 35 yrs and have never used a oil treatment of any kind on it and my hair is always extremely dried out even with using conditioner after shampooing!
Thanks so much for the tips!
Tammy, this is so very helpful.
I just want to thank you for this video. I took your advice on applying the hair oils in my hair and it’s been a game changer! My hair was breaking etc. something awful and since doing this I bet it’s improved 90%! I don’t leave it in overnight. I probably only leave it in 15 minutes before shampooing so far. I will try overnight next. Thank you again!!!
Tammy, I am so glad you posted this video. I just got back from Florida and I didn’t protected my hair when I got on the pool. I noticed later when I washed
My Hair some shedding. I have always used a little conditioner not oil. I will be more careful .😘😘 Thank you for your video very good information 😊😊💐💐💐💐
Love! We have to put the time in to our hair from time to time, same as our skin. Love yours!
Wow never thought of treating my hair before I went in the pool! Thanks💖🌻🌈🌟
Chlorine is tough on our hair...!!
Love this!
Thank you so much.
Thanks Ms Tammy, you have beautiful hair! I love Camilla oil and Aargon oil, I do use coconut oil too, will give this a try night before shampooing.
Great tips...thank you Tammy. XO
Hi Tammy, I have to get into more scalp health. It's so important. You have beautiful hair. That's true about our mother's and grandmother's mot using all the new things on their hair. You never cease to amaze me regarding how knowledgeable you are on so many topics. Thank you.
Thank you so much Lynn!!
Love these videos, a mix of videos just make a welcome change xxx
Wow, you have gorgeous hair!
Excellent, thank you!!
Tammy thank you so much for doing this video... We are leaving Sunday to spend a week in Florida... I always put a light conditioner in my hair and I have a Columbia Bora Bora ll Booney that I will wear while I'm outdoors so this was a great video for me...love love all your wonderful videos....Happy Wknd beautiful 😍
You have such beautiful hair Tammy! I also do the hair oil treatment on my hair the night before I wash it. It does make a huge difference. I like Healing Harmonic Oil from Innersense.
Wonderful tips, Tammy. I work Caudalie Divine Oil through my hair strands every other night and put it up in a scrunchie. It makes my hair shiny, but not oily. Love how conditioned it feels too. Have a great weekend. xo, Sophia
Great tips Tammy.
I use rsjuvanique oil too. Its great. Thanks for the tips on massaging the scalp etc.
Your hair and skin are amazing. You are definitely doing something right, lady! ❤️❤️❤️
New to your webpage.. you are stunningly beautiful, down to earth and thank you for the honesty, humor and advice!
Love Love Love this - I needed the reminder about the hair since I now swim every day again and I am platinum. because of injuries I have been out of the water for about three years and got a little lazy so no green for me now - ty! Also, ty for the note about the coconut oil because I have been trying that and have been disappointed that it hasn't been working for me either.
Love your vids, Tammy 👌🏻😘so helpfull and inspiring
Thank you, Tammy! I’ve got short hair, however I’m thinking these oil treatments will benefit me as well. Sending love! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes, your hair is gorgeous!
Loved this video i am washing my hair this morning and will apply oil and do some work around the house before i wash it. I have started taking hair vitamins and they have definitely made a difference. You have beautiful hair, mine has started to thin just at the front hair line.

Thank you, Tammy! I did this tutorial along with you!! I also added a PTR mask while doing it. Figured you would approve! Bisous!
I'm putting oil and a thin layer of conditioner in my hair right now. Something I only do once in awhile! I know better, too. But as always, you remind me to take better care of me. Thanks, my friend! I should send you my doctor visit co-pay!

Agree this video changing what I will do thanks so much have a great weekend
Thank you so very much for this video Tammy. Your hair is absolutely gorgeous and absolute proof of what you're doing really works. I would really love to try the Monat rejuvenique but I don't think we can get it here in Australia so I will try to find a good scalp product that I can use. Greetings to you from Australia 🇦🇺 💕
You are such fun! Love your hair.
You are a inspiration to us all. Love your videos ❤️
Love this !
I haven't watched this video because I'm late to go to town but just wanted to say how much I love your videos and particularly your makeup tutorials! You are elegant but you also make me laugh. Hugs from Australia, Rowena
Love your hair!
Awesome information Ms. Tammy, are there any oils we should avoid that may build up and clog hair follicles? Thank you so much for sharing your beauty tips with us. Also, thank Lou and the girls for sharing you with us! We love you!
thanks Tammy since getting older my hair is very dry I am going to try this
Tammy, what you said about product use (as well as tools) makes so much sense. I don't 'get' the dry shampoo thing & never did. If it's dirty, wash it, period. I don't like anything that coats my scalp or my hair. Blessings! Jackie in NY state
AMEN!!
I use dry shampoo for volumizer. That’s all.
Excellent excellent video thank you
Another great video for me - blonde in the chlorine pool for exercise - great hair protection - I'm not seeing any green tint but I try to keep my head out of the water.
I swim..and have blonde highlights.....I wrap it up on top of my head....and NEVER get my hair wet in the pool...while I swim.( I do an easy lap style with head above water ). I paid a lot of money for my highlights and do not want to damage the color or my hair...I oil up head to toe before I swim...condition hair and skin from drying..... hope this helps.
Enjoyed the great hair tips Tammy...great idea with the Moroccan Oil I'm going to try that! xoxo Karen
Going to try this!
I have long hair and use oil on my hair ( not as much as you) on the day I wash my hair. I wash at night, and leave the oil in it in all day. Just wear my hair in a bun that day. I have been doing this for about a year and have seen a dramatic difference in my hair. After I wash my hair I run a small amount of oil through my ends. It works for me. I will try focusing on my scalp before I wash. Thanks for the excellent video.
A good scalp massage when you wash your hair will help...it really helps stimulate blood flow to the roots..
Thanks for information ... u have very healthy hair 🙏
Hey Tammy! I mix a bunch of different oils and put it on before bed. Also love the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day. I just purchased a scalp exfoliator from IGK which I use before color. Thx for all your info! You know how much I love you and your videos! Hugs! Xo
This is the scalp exfoliator I use...it's made with walnuts! The overnight product by living proof is a MUST for me...it is like hair CRACK...LOL
Very informative video , thankyou. I use Aveda Shampure Composition oil for my scalp and prepoo with Philip Kingsley Elastesizer.I will try the Morrocan oil.
