Sorry to hear that, I hope your brother is feeling better- if it does hurt to apply then stop using it, some people can be sensitive to the lotion so the cream is more gentle. There are alternatives like cooling gels, or taking antihistamine liquid medicine by mouth, and skin can be sore so a painkiller might help like paracetamol. Hopefully you can see a pharmacist or doctor nearby to get the right treatment for him. Glad you found the video helpful 😊
Will this help in heat rashes, i have heat rashes on my forehead, nose and on cheeks also
Try a small amount on the heat rash area to see if it helps - generally, it can be used to help relieve heat rash to reduce itching and cool the skin.

Can i apply it when the chicken pox is fresh with water inside the blisters???? Cause they are really itching me?? Or after they dry?
Yes you can apply it any time - when you have them fresh and after they are dry - calamine lotion helps you feel less itchy

@Krishnapyari_surabhi good question - the lotion can help dry out the blisters as it contains zinc which is an astringent (it draws out water and shrinks pores)

Can I use this lotion for pigmentation??
Great question - this lotion will not reduce skin pigmentation as far as I know. I recommend you see a skin doctor, known as a dermatologist, to get a cream to help for this, they might give you a retinol or something similar. Also wear sunscreen to help prevent pigmentation if you go out into the sun 🌞

Yes generally you can - please speak to your doctor or pharmacist to check it's right for you.

Generally yes, but if you have never used it on the face before then put a small amount to check you do not have a reaction to it. See your doctor or pharmacist for more advice if you are unsure.
can i apply moisturizer after using calamine lotion?
Good question- you should wash off the calamine lotion first, then you can apply moisturiser. You should not pit calamine lotion on then moisturiser on top as it will dilute the calamine lotion and it will not work like it should to help reduce itching

You can wash with just water, no need for cleanser 😊

Thank you - good question- you should not apply moisturiser at the same time or before or after using calamine lotion. When the chickenpox is gone and you no longer need to use calamine lotion, then you can apply moisturiser 😊
Madam after applying calamine lotion I m feeling too much itching
You might be allergic to calamine so please stop using it - you might need to use antihistamine cream instead, or swallow antihistamine tablets or liquid by mouth - see your pharmacist or doctor to find one suitable for you 😊
